Dark Mucus since taking MMS was created by willowjms
My Husband has Stage 4 Kidney Cancer. His lungs are filling up with fluid. I started to give him the MMS protocol of 4 oz every hour this week. Good news is he has increased in appetitie. He is also experiencing dark thick mucus coming up when he coughs. He has always had mucus but it was clear or light yellow.
Can somone please explain what this is. Is it normal? Should we stop. Please advise what is happening

Can you clarify that protocol of 4 oz. Sound like you are giving him to much. I believe you are trying to say three activated drops in 4 oz of water. Correct?
Due to The amount of fluid he is taking with each dose of MMS some old dried mocus is been mix causing The discoloration. If he not suffering nausea or diarrea. Continúe with MMS. When he feel more strong Start mms2 pills slowly.
The key here is not to make him more sick.

I am giving him 18 drops in 32 oz of water every hour. He is taking 4oz of the MMS1. I am not clear what can be causing the dark and thicker mucus

If he not getting Nauseus or Diarrhea you can increase to 24 drop that will be in the first protocol 1000. He should be in the Protocol 2000 that is the cancer protocol. But continue slow until you can reach high amount without making him more sick. Also try the GelCaps method that way he did not experience the taste of the solution and the amount of CL02 will go directly to the blood instead of reacting in the mouth.

I told you in my first post what can be the cause. But can be others. If he is not sick, and is just the body eliminating toxin, don't worry. Worry if Nausea, Diarrhea, mucus with red blood. The last update that I read about MMS2 is to use Gel Caps # lower than 0. But I need to get back to you on that because I did not read the update yet. But I know the size of the gelcap change.
Probably Pam can give you and update in that matter. You can send Private Message to PAM asking about that also.

In another posting Pam make reference to GelCaps # 3. Start Slowly, using half full if tolerate ok , give another full gelcaps couple hour later until he is able to drink one cap every two hours. I believe the max of caps per day is 5. Again ,slowly. I know you want to cure him as soon as possible but MMS did not work that way.

hi
i had dark mucous when i started and it was not only from cough but also from diarrhoea . i became very ill, bodily (but felt better mentally) and looking back i think i started to go to fast and high with the doses. i was doing p1000 .
i stopped for a few days and started again and kept within the dose that didnt make me feel worse.
there is a lot to learn here, have you read jims book?
also as giplaceres says, pam will probably be able to help
good luck
jeff
