DMSO I buy at garden shop or animal shop equestrian aisle.

Do MMS1 every hour
Do MMS2 every second hour.
So MMS1 8 9 10 11 12 1 2 3 4 o clock
MMS2 I would do at the 30 interval every 120 minutes so 1st would be either 8:30 or 9:30 and every two hours after.

The L- lysine take it the four grams in 2 hour period, in other word, take 2 at 9 then 2 at 10 or 1gr every hours, but not too many hours apart.

The MMS is every hour, the MMS2 is every two hours but that the protocol for a person with Cancer. You dont have cancer. If you going to take the MMS2 take the MMS2 every 2 hours and get MMS1 in inmersion bath, because is just your genital find something that you can sit on the water and hot as you can tolerate. I believe both at the same time is too much for you. Take mms2 today every two or three hours is is too strong for you. And use MMS1 in bath. Use coconut water it has antiviral properties instead of regular water.

I often suggest the Cancer protocol as HSV2 is so hard to beat when embedded long time.
Coconut also has anti inflammatory properties.

GLP one other thing I forgot to mention is that no I have had absolutely no coffee now for 2 days. The L-Lysine I have is in pill form, 500mg each. So I've been taking 4 at a time. Not sure how this equates to grams, but I'll look into it.

Rev, I've only just acquired HSV2 (At least that's the one I'm assuming I got due to location). So given that it hasn't been embedded a long time, what do you think, still go with cancer protocol?

Our Hope here is that GJP is correct and that the MMS2 will eliminate the issue before it embeds itself.
It is possible you do not need the Cancer protocol.
However I would be tempted to use any and all tools to eradicate this virus.
As example
IF you were to put MMS1 and DMSO together and do sine and neck rubs this would prevent the virus from taking up residence in lower back and or base of neck.

500mg is half a gram. a Gram is 1000 mg.
As you are just infected you have a better chance than many at quick recovery.
Please call your friend and offer her the healing she needs.

Rev thanks for the help man I appreciate it. I don't want to take any chances whatsoever so I'm gonna go at it full blast!!

In regards to Maggie. I thought about it very much last night and you are right. She did not intend to spread this to me and I'm sure she must be hurting deeply inside for doing so. I didn't make it any better by getting angry. I'm over that now. I messaged her last night briefly apologizing for blaming and being angry with her, and said I know it wasn't intentional, and that I do forgive her. I also told her that we should talk. She's being pretty aloof though and has not gotten back to me.

I will make it a point to see her and explain what I am doing and that she can be healed of this condition, and will try my best to encourage her to join me on this journey.

gjp thanks for the info on how to take L-Lysine. I will shorten my doses to 2 per hour. Didn't see that part in your post. Also, I'm curious about the cinnamon... I do notice today that there is no itching or pain at all with the blisters. Is this a result of the cinnamon? What exactly does it do?

YES!!!! Cinnamon is very good to cure infection of Fungus , virus and bacteria, nothing grow with cinnamon. I discover that doing some research with Tissue Culture in Plants. And after dealing with this for couple of day I put some cinnamon over the blister and next day no more grow or spread to other part of my genitals. Keep also the area dry making imposible the virus to move. Cinnamon and MMS2 was my salvation , so keep taking the MMS2 hope your urine problem get better in a couple of hours. Get two bath a day very hot water as much as you can tolerate specially in that area and then put cinnamon again. Keep it cover with cinnamon all the time. Check your private message, I left you one.

So I'm on day 2 now of my protocol. Alternating MMS1 and 2 on the hour. The MMS 1 makes me feel good actually. My head is much more clear and it gives me a boost of energy. The MMS2 actually makes me feel bad. More lethargic and a slight headache/nausea. I still have a burning when I urinate but it is less today than yesterday.

I took a bath last night in MMS2 for about 45 min. It burned a bit but not too bad. I apply cinnamon daily.

Mostly I've just been doing tons and tons of reading trying to become educated on this virus. Also lots of watching clips on youtube of various perspectives. Can't wait for the DMSO to come in, as it seems that is the thing that will make or break this remedy, as it is what allows the MMS to go into the cells and kill the virus inside, and also allows it to get into the nerves where it is latent. I'm hopeful that it has not gone into my spine yet. I'm not sure how long it takes to set up a home there but seeing as it's been about a week now since infection hopefully that has not happened yet.

Question- would taking a multivitamin be a bad idea? I know I'm not supposed to take Vit C, I'm just thinking perhaps it may be a good idea to give my body some nutrition to help fight. I have a multivitamin drink derived from all organic sources so it will absorb easily. Just a thought. What do you think, bad idea?
