OK so the MMS 2 pill did not help with my painful urination. Is there something else I can do to stop this? Is it just inflammation?

How about applying MMS 1 topically, or a bath with MMS 1? I don't have DMSO yet but it is on order and should be here within a few days hopefully.

I am concerned because of all the water I have to drink with the 1000 protocol that I will have to urinate frequently, so I'm hoping to get that so it is not so painful.

Any recommendations?

keep on with the MMS2,

If using capsules for MMS1 you can use less water. An ounce to 4 oz of water should be enough to melt gel cap and provide water for dilution in stomach.
Remember to avoid caffeine, Vit C, OJ and any hi anti oxidant foods.

MMS and MMS2 are two very powerful tools, possibly the most powerful known to man, so keep on with the MMS2.
MMS1 and 2 work differently.
Don't be shy with the 2, it works.

How many pills of MMS2 you already take today? Did you take the L-Lysine Pills? Are you drinking Coffee? You are dealing with a virus so you need to disable the virus. Dont give up. You have a lot of contamination and probably MMS2 is dealing with all your problems.

I only took one pill of the mms 2 last night, and am about to start up with the 8 hour protocol for today. I also put cinnamon in my boxer shorts last night.

So how should I be incorporating both MMS 1 and 2 into the 1000 protocol? Just alternate each hour?

The pain urination is because you develop sore inside of your urethra, I will said continue with the mms2 and drink Coconut Water instead of Water. Yes you can take a inmersion bath with MMS1.

I said cinamon over the blister no in the boxer. You need to continue drinking MMS2 pills today, One pill is not going to clear your virus. L-Lysine is very important!!!

Hey GJP! I put it on the blisters and and also in my boxers which I used like a cup to catch the cinnamon that fell. Then I used what fell out to cover all other areas around where the sores are. I also started taking L-Lysene last night 2000 mg and again 2000 mg this morning. I will take another 2000 mg this evening.

So how do I take the MMS 1 and 2 together? How much?

EDIT- Hey Rev! Thanks for the reply. OK so hour 1 take MMS 1, hour 2 take MMS 2, hour 3 take mms 1, hour 4 take mms 2, etc?

Also, is DMSO available to purchase locally somewhere? I'd rather get started with it now than have to wait for it to arrive in the mail.
