Ray, if 12 drops CDH are used per capsule and one capsule/hour x 8 hours = 8 caps x 12 drops = 96 drops. If 30ml of CDH is made, that is 30ml x 24 drops/ml = 720 drops. 720 / 96 = 7.5 days.

I got the 1/2 oz and 1/4 oz too so that I can transfer the CDS to smaller bottles as it gets used up.

The bottles from Mountain Rose Herbs do not have Polycone seal inserts in their screw caps. They probably use paper or foam inserts. With pressure in the bottles, and there will be pressure with CDH Capsule Recipe solution, you will most likely have CLO2 gas leakage.

They might stock Polycone seal insert screw caps if we ask them. I checked with one well known MMS supplier and they seem to only stock plastic bottles and plain screw caps as far as I can tell.

There might be a new supplier of MMS/CDS/CDH & misc items coming online that will stock what we need.

The caps I have from Mountain Rose do have clear plastic inserts in them.

Tip - try the 000 size capsules. They're the biggest.

Larry, does the cap insert look like this?
It is tapered so it fits inside the bottle mouth very tightly.
