Hello friends

I have seen the immediate need of the protocols in tropical countries such as SE Asia.

A few years ago I met a balinese local who had to pay $800 to treat Malaria! This in a country where the average wage is around $50-$150 per month! I asked how she afforded it and she told me that she had to borrow from friends and family. Outrageous! And it gives weight to why those responsible suppress the malaria results from the recent red cross trials!

I would like to help those who are poor here at or slightly above cost, and those who can afford it at a bit more but still very affordable.

Any ideas on the following:
-Supplies I will need-should i offer CDS in small bottle
-starting out-should i rent a place or start off on a shoestring budget
-structuring/marketing the clinic effectively to avoid legal problems etc

it is fairly free and relaxed in cambodia so i do not think i will have too much trouble

thanks in advance for any ideas

RevPete -I'm going to suggest 2 things - one - talk to Mark Grenon (send an email to support@genesis2church.is and they will forward.. - and also, talk to Leon, who is thinking of doing the same thing in Africa. I'm going to contact Leon and ask him to check in and maybe start dialoguing here, so that the information can be shared.
