Hi,
Details of Enema/Colema experiences appreciated. Graphic details warning.
Kaia, Thanks so much for sharing your experiences on the PP especially your strategy and dosing regarding the castor oil. After reading your comments on your castor oil dosing experiences, I will take more than what the directions on the bottle of soft gels say to take. I want to make sure I make it as easy as possible to pass bowel contents during enemas (Colemas to be exact) without getting hemorrhoids.
My intention is to understand how to best do the enemas (colemas). I decided to use the colema board instead of teh enemas because I find it dificult to get up and down from the floor to the toilet as needed with the enema procedure.
A few months ago when I first bought my colema board, I did a week of "practice" rounds using 5 gallons of water. It took almost two hours each time. These colemas were not a pleasant experience for me and I wish I could avoid them.
However, I cannot tell you how much MMS I added to that 5 gallons of water. I was (and still am) uncertain about the enema dosing using MMS or CDS in 3 or 5 gallon Colemas. (Despite having been given advice directly from Kerri Rivera - when she kindly answered my question, I was still left with questions and did not want to "bother" her any longer.
Can anyone help me understand proper MMS and CDS (respectfully) dosing for either the enemas or the Colemas. (Also - is a liter of water with the proper MMS or CDS dose enough for either the emema or the colema???) BTW - I have read and reread Kerri's "Healing the Symptoms Called Autism." So if I missed something in her book and you'd like to refer me to her suggestions, please note a page number.
So... Colemas... I found the process terribly messy and my body expelled the MMS water with great force. I tried to gently release the MMS water, but my body seemed to insist on pushing it out forcefully. This was messy and also resulted in a bad case of hemorrhoids, which healed after two weeks of no colemas.
When I start them again this month, when I plan on beginning the PP, I will use only 2 liters (or whatever the least amount of liquid I can get by with and still get good results of flushing the parasites out. I'd appreciate any suggestions here on how much liquid is needed in enemas or colemas to get the needed results.
I have heard that using CDS instead of MMS for enemas (or colemas) is easier on the body, meaning there is not the feeling of need to push when expelling.
For those of you willing to share the graphic details of your enema or Colema experiences, I'd appreciate the support. Hopefully I can gain more insight into this uncomfortable procedure!
(Thanks for writing Kaia!)
