IMHO, stay away from antioxidants during the dosing cycle. If you want to take them, take them 2 hours after your last dose. Otherwise you can weaken the MMS and it's action. This includes natural and artificial sources. Originally, Jim Humble said that naturally occuring antioxidants in foods (other than oranges) are OK, but the autism groups are finding foods that cancel out the effectiveness of MMS -

It will be your choice, of course. We're not going to tell you what to eat and what not to eat - But, at the same time, if you notice the MMS is not working as you thought it should, then this could well be the issue.

i take cayenne pepper and cider vinegar in an oxo drink or soup every day, and have lost 24lbs over the year, so i have another 48lbs to go.

i am now worried that the mms will be cancelled out if i carry on, but its the only thing that has worked for me and i have tried all the diets going, most of which i found to be absolute rubbish, and the only lbs i lost were GBP

Most antioxidants in food are fine - it's when they're concentrated that you run into the problem.
