I have severe cystic acne (the type that's has big bumps and that are painful) and have tried antibiotics and creams. Nothing worked. I even took Accutane for 9 months (which causes severe side affects such as birth defects, loss of hair, loss of vision, chelitis, depression...bad bad side affect). When I was on it, my hair was falling out and my lips are always cracked and my eyes were really really dried out, not to mention it causes photosensitivity.

While Accutane was the ONLY medication that has brought my severe cystic acne down to clear skin for a period of 2 years, now it's back after 8 years, but I don't want to take neither Accutane nor AntioBiotics EVER again.

I have heard of MMS and have tried both the internal protocol and external approach for 2 weeks but it hasn't improved much.

For the first 3 days, I did Protocol 1000, taking 3 drops of MMS with 3 drops of 50% citric acid every hour for 8 hours and did not take or drink anything with Vitamin C within 2 hours of taking MMS.

But taking it each hour wasn't not practical especially with my hectic everyday life, so I gradually increased it to 10 drops of MMS x 3 times a day...totalling 30 drops (by the way I have noticed extreme constipation after I have started MMS, anyway to alleviate that problem?)

External: I dropped 8 drops of MMS alone with 8 drops of 50% Citric Acid into a 1 oz. Colbart glass spray bottle, wait for 20 seconds, and then added purified water into the 1 oz bottle. I sprayed that on my face twice a day...one in the morning and one at night. I noticed I burned myself spraying too much, so I only spray once a day now.

I have been doing this for 2 weeks now. Why aren't I the cysts going away. Am I doing something wrong. For those who have used MMS for severe acne with success, or those who know about what's best for severe cystic acne, please help me out.

sincerely,
David

You might have better luck if you actually followed the protocol, "which is not convenient." -

That said, 1000 is a 3 week process or "until healed" - for some that is less than 3 weeks, for some it is more than 3 weeks. The skin spray = is the same one I use for areas that are much more sensitive than the face - so I'm not sure why it "burned." -

You can try, if you wish, MMS with dmso on top (you may want to apply it individually, if applying it in a spray is too difficult) - Or you might want to add DMSO drops to the MMS that you ingest. That's protocol 1000+

Ok, so do you recommend I buy a one litter bottle and add 24 drops of MMS + 50% Citric Acid and add purified water after 20 seconds? and Mark the bottle into eight sections?

Also does that mean I would have to fast during those eight hours because my understanding is that MMS shouldn't be taken within 2 hours of eating. Does that mean I would fast during those 8 hours?

Also do you add 8 drops of MMS to a 1oz glass bottle? (if so, how long is that solution good for, I heard it's only good for 1.5 day since 20 drops of MMS in a 1 oz bottle last for 3 days according to Jim Humble)

Your help is much appreciated Pam :))

also do you have any way to get rid of the constipation?

constipation with MMS?

That would be the very last thing I'd have expected anyone to say - if anything I'd expect you to say you had major diarrhoea.

I've had acne on and off for over 20 years

I'd say my acne did improve after taking MMS - that wasn't the reason I was trying MMS but I think it was a side benefit.

But I'd say in my case the acne was the body's method of trying to get rid of toxins.

And once I took MMS that method switched from a slow release of toxins via the skin to a very fast removal via major bouts of diarrhoea.

I think also have Home made Kefir pro-biotic yoghurt has helped my acne. Look up videos on YouTube about how to make it.

You should stick to the protocol 1000. It might be easier if you make up your daily dose in a bottle and carry that around with you, that way you don't have to mix up the MMS every hour.

You should try getting to the root cause of the acne, which isn't the skin, so even if you find the spray helps you won't have fixed what's causing it. For example, acne is often caused by an over burdened liver .

The first place i would start is with nutrition, look at everything that you're eating, it could be something as simple as an allergy to cooking oil.
