 General MMS Cleansing Mouthwash:

I was reading the protocol for mouthwash. I am new to this blog, and I am having difficulties understanding the preparation part. I am not sure how to read or understand the following paragraph, can some one help me.....thanks

Mouth and gum diseases respond promptly to MMS. Just make up a 10 drops dose of MMS. Take 10 drops and add 10 drops of the 50% citric acid solution, 50 drops of citric acid 10 % solution or 50 drops of lemon juice, wait 30 seconds when using the 50% citric acid solution and 3 minutes when using the 10% citric acid or lemon juice, then add about 1/2 glass of water (4 ounces).Use a soft tooth brush and pour the liquid onto the brush and brush your teeth and gums very well.

Gabb, you may want to get Jim Humble's book - or at least the first 50 pages, which is available as a free download. Look to the left under Essential MMS book. With that, you will have a better understanding.

MMS and its activator usually come in plastic bottles with dropper tips.

When JH first started working with sodium chlorite (MMS), he was in the jungles, and they used lemons and limes to activate the MMS. Lemons and limes (and vinegar) are around 5-10% food acids. In order to get the MMS to activate properly, they would use 5 drops of the lemon/lime/vinegar and one drop of the unactivated MMS. Swirl it in a little glass, wait 3 minutes, add water and drink. They would slowly increase the dose, but keeping the same percentages of activator to MMS (5 to 1) -

Then, somewhere in the early part of 2000, a doctor who was accompanying Jim on one of his treks to Africa figured it was easier to transport citric acid in a premade bottle, and add water to it when they got there. They fiddled around with it, and figured that if the citric acid was 50% (i,e., equal weights citric acid and water) it worked just fine, they could activate the MMS and use only 1 drop of the citric acid to the 1 drop of unactivated MMS. They didn't have to wait as long, either - it would activate in about 20 seconds.

So, to do the mouthwash protoocol, , you take 10 drops of MMS unactivated, and depending on which activator you choose to use, you would add either 50 drops of lemon, lime, vinegar or 10 drops of the 50% citric acid. Once it's activated (3 minutes for the 50 drops, 20=30 seconds for the 50% solution) you add it to a half glass of water (about 4 oz, 125ml) and brush your teeth and gargle with it.
