Don't know what is "qualified" - there are pros and cons re: distilled water as your primary water source. Jim Humble has never weighed in on this. I know it's best to do your dosing with distilled, and of course, if you make MMS at home, or the 50% citric acid at home, you need to use distilled.

Jim talks about using a "mister" (not a nebulizer) - which I'm assuming is a small humidifier - in his lung protocols. I would put nebulizer in the search engine here and see if you can find where someone has done it. Do remember that you will not do a true "treatment", like you would with, say, albuterol - Be sure to reread all Jim's cautions about inhaling MMS.

I would never drink ANY distilled water. Use it to make MMS, yes. Drink it, NEVER.

Do some research on "hungry water". Water always seeks balance. It will pull minerals out of your system to balance itself. Over the long-term it can really mess up your body.

Reverse osmosis water (without any minerals or anything added back in) is just as terrible for you to drink as distilled water.

I live on an acreage and the water has way too much sodium in it. I have drank and cooked with distilled water for about 15 years. I have a reverse osmosis now but use that for cooking and use distilled water for drinking. I have had no problems with it.

I did use mms in nebulizer but hung the mask at the other side of the room and let the vapour release into the room

My urine pH was around 7
When I drank distilled water, 1 month, ph dropped to 5
Low pH, it is very bad for the body.

You can change saliva PH by thinking about certain foods. Your saliva, blood and urine and stomach PH are all different and for different reasons.

General answer as follows: distilled for short periods to act as a mild chelator. Spring that is treated for pathogens as the best source. I have spent much time researching the issue. I use distilled or bacteriostatic for testing, mixing, etc., and distilled as light chelator as mentioned. I am also experimenting with constructed water via the infusing of sound. I want the water stripped, so I use distilled as a baseline, then will contrast with himala infused then hit with sound. that has been my approach.
