I am preparing to begin my MMS protocol this week but I have several questions related to food. I am mostly vegetarian and b/c of Candida and a compromised gut, my current diet is even further restricted.

Do I have to eat the following foods 2+ hrs before or 2+ hrs after taking MMS or can I eat them during the day as I take MMS?

- Veggie smoothie (spinach, parsley, cilantro, celery, green peppers and sesame seeds)
- Salad w/romaine and/or spinach
- Eggs
- Nuts
- Coconuts
- Salmon

This is what I am mostly eating, in addition to a lot of lemons which I know will have to go completely for awhile.

One other question...Is it okay if I still take my multivitamins and a few other supps but just switch them to the evening 2+ hrs after my last dose of MMS?

I really appreciate your help! I want to make this work as best as I can!

As I mentioned in my last post, everything except the smoothies should be OK while dosing. Vitamins/supplements should be 2 hrs after your last dose for the day. Lemons should be OK (we activate with lemons) - the big no-nos are oranges, orange juice, anything that has ascorbic acid in it or has been preserved with ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate.
