I hardly ever drink fizzy drinks.

Maybe one to four cans in a month normally.

shame cause i am drinking also a grean tee and its also not good for mms and my green tea is very strong.
i know about the coffees antioxidants but i heard that the caffeine itself is also not good for mms.
You must be kidding me that you are drinking coke or those other soft drinks ? i do not even use sugar and try to avoid white rice and white flour bread and bread at all ... people are taking me for some extremist in that topic cause i do not even touch the cake on parties or ANYTHING sweet and processed i despise that garbage.
But my coffees are not very strong i make it from 1 teespoon of not liofilized(lyophilisation ) when people normally do at least from 2 teespoons. Maybe it weakens the mms but it works still for me

That's kind of a rude way to talk to people.

Do you speak to people like this in real life .. maybe they don't think you're so much of an extremist but just rude in the way you talk?
People don't like to hear from others that put them down and at the same time make themselves sound superior to them by telling them what they do that's better.

If you read the following link you'll see that not only is cola suggested as a method of taking MMS but it's actually been found to have extra benefits

thats just my opinion and if you are taking that like an offense so its your problem.
i think coca cola factories should be nuked down, i would not even give that to my dog or cat or even dring that for free and even if i was payed to drink cola i would not do that. those are things that degenerate people health slowly and are very addictive and the worst thing is that the kids are attacked with ad's of that crap from the early childhood. i was drinking it myself when i was a kid but i was not aware of what it realy is.

Guys, we do have a "civility" rule - Dreadwork, please try to moderate your comments. Your beliefs are your beliefs, and as long as you just acknowledge that, you'll be fine. We are a support forum, not a debate forum. Rudeness is not allowed on the forum.

Dreadwork is just telling the truth. I did not detect any rudeness at all. No need to take it personal if dread is passionate about the detrimental effects of soda on the body.

Most soda in America contains HFCS and are toxic.

naturalsociety.com/high-fructose-corn-syrup/

That link posted by archer listed many sodas, all of which contain this toxic ingredient. At least one, Fresca, contains aspartame! Wake up to the truth. Archbishop calls for juice or water in the protocol. To that end, I would avoid juice with HFCS once again because many juices have it. What's the point of taking MMS when you keep consuming toxic substances without regard. We should endure bad taste during sacrament because we recognize the amazing restoration opportunities at hand. Just may be a case of needing to grow up.

All things consumed effect the body based on its composition and will interfere with your "health restoration" if it contains ingredients that create health challenges.

One can make a point without making it personal. Regardless whether it's "truth" or not - and Jim Humble does have a protocol for making MMS using soft drinks - which was in a newsletter. If one personally chooses not to do that because of their belief that the chemicals or sweeteners in soft drinks are detrimental to their health, that is their decision. However to denigrate another forum member because they are using something Jim Humble has stated is OK is not appropriate. It's all a matter of how we state it.

i need to apologize because i did not read the newsletter earlier.
But i am shocked that Jim says actually that coke and pepsi are good, he does not wrote its " not bat " but he says it has got advantages and that he drinks it and he is healthier than others .
buehehe i do not know what to think now its pretty weird. i just basically think that monosacharids are bad and soda's have a lot of it. i just have to say i do not believe that it is good for me. as it was said every poison could be a medicine in apropriate amount but coke ? for me all those things loaded with sugar are just " garbage food " and it is a normal term. if i cannot say what i think freely on this forum so whats the point ?
i did not make anything personal i just criticised the behavior and products. but maybe i made a wrong statement so it may sound like that so i need to apologise for my hard " arguments ". that is just because i believe the last thing we need are those products loaded with sugar and other crap ... and i just did not know its so hard for some people to overcome the taste. i just cannot understand it, maybe thats good for me i do not have that problem

There's no perfect answer to anything... There's always pro's and con's to any situation - good and bad.

if mixing MMS with Cola or Lemonade and drinking that 8 times a day for 3 weeks can cure someone of a problem they had for years like joints pains then that's a huge break through for those of us who've never managed to do more then 3 or 4 hours worth of MMS and water in a single day.

I think most of us are sensible enough to know that sugary soft drinks aren't good for us - but like Mary Poppins said in the movie - a Spoonful of Sugar helps the Medicine go Down ...

3 weeks of soft drinks & MMS is better then a life time of pain.

I know several people that I think MMS could help but I know for sure they'd never stomach the taste and smell of it - but with this soft drink option I can see a time when they'd be willing to try MMS.

I tried for a year to get my father to take some of my pro-biotic Kefir and he'd never even try it - but now I make him banana milk shakes and just add the kefir at the end and he happily has it now.

Until now I've never managed to do the full 3 week protocol - one huge part of that was due to the awful taste and lingering smell of MMS.
I really have to psych myself up to take a glass of MMS mixed in water, but with this cola option it's so much easier.
