I've been using DMSO for neck pain for a couple of weeks and it's working pretty well. Lately, I started taking it orally, too, and that helps even more. I've been taking 1.5 tsp twice a day, working up to 2 tsp. I fill 000 capsules with about 70% DMSO. When I used straight DMSO it destroyed the capsules before I could get them to my mouth. 4 of these large capsules = about 1 tsp.

Update on DMSO for neck pain. I found that drinking it didn't really increase its effectiveness, after all. I got the book DMSO Nature's Healer and discovered that I wasn't applying enough 70% DMSO to my skin. I was applying it with a Q-tip. Now I really glob it on there with my hand. This really makes a difference. The treatment lasts much longer.

The sunburn effect is much worse but wears off in 20 minutes. I'm experimenting with adding a little honey or magnesium chloride to the DMSO and they both seem to reduce the sunburn feeling some.

Does anyone know if applying a lot of DMSO to the skin will weaken the effect of my MMSA daily 6-drop maintenance dose? I've read that MMSA works best right before bed and I have to have a DMSO treatment then, too, to get me through the night pain free. ???

Maybe this thread should be in the DMSO category.

DMSO to skin should not at all affect your MMS maintenance dose.

Hi Archer - I was asking how many drops of MMS & Citric Acid & DMSO in your tooth brushing formula.

I've never brushed my teeth with DMSO or MMS

I just tried gargling with it (swishing it around my mouth)

Nothing was specifically measured

Having said that I've not been able to replicate the smoothness my teeth felt that first time I used MMS and DMSO together.
