Just wanted to let you guys know that we've been under concerted attack from spammers lately (15 messages this morning) and are working behind the scenes to find ways to prevent the forum from being overwhelmed with ads for purses, luggage and "personal enhancers." - Part of this has involved initiating a moderation software, so some posts are pulled for moderation. This is nothing personal, and I'm hoping it gives you a notice that your post is in moderation - I check the forum several times a day - nothing should be delayed for an extended period.

Please note the "contact us" link at the top of the page - if you have any problems with logins, passwords, etc., or any other technical issues, please use that, as it messages us directly.

Thanks for your patience.
Pam

That happens on most forums. If its coming from some type of automated spamming software, one way to take care of it would be to make posters answer a simple question before pressing submit. If the answer is correct the message gets published.

eg. Are big pharma interested in your health or money? The poster would have to enter money for their post to process.

I think its more effective than captcha because you can buy captcha answering services where someone in India will input 5,000 captchas for $5.
