The Vegan Diet can be good for cleaning, but I would be careful of following it long term. My recommendation would be to make your current Vegan Diet as low in Carbohydrates as possible, with a lot of Fat from Coconut Oil, palm oil, avocados, etcetera. You will want to supplement Carnosine. You will want to use a good amount of protein, fermented soy is one choice, and you can also use supplemental pea or hemp Protein, which is vegan. I would also add organic bitter apricot kernels. I know you won't like This, but I would suggest a Ketogenic, almost or even an All Meat Diet in the long run.

I do agree that loving all beings is and al conditions, including pain and disease, is the best way. I know it is it is for me personally. I dont reject any part of myself except for my friends who have pieces of me in them. Those pieces are theirs now, and I want it that way. Thats why I follow the right hand path, and the left.
