I would finish the 4 day Starting Procedure Protocol and then start Protocol 1000 at 1 drop per hour. If no problems, then the next day try 1.5 drops per hour, etc.

To make it easy, mix a day's worth of MMS and activator in a 1 liter bottle and dose 1/8 each hour.

When Jim's latest book was published, he wanted protocols to be listed only in the book. So, I removed all his MMS1 protocols from my website except the Starting Procedure because I added CDS and CDH. His book and protocols are for MMS1 only, not CDS or CDH. He mentions CDS and CDH in the book, but not in a favorable light, unfortunately.

Actually, CDH can be used with many MMS1 protocols because each milliliter of CDH is made from 1 drop of MMS. Jim did not mention that in his book, however.

If you are using CDS, use CDS protocols. Those are on my website and in Andreas Kalcker's book, Forbidden Health.
