In order to use MMS effectively, there is a learning curve that will take some time.
I highly recommend spending twenty bucks and buy Jim Humble's latest
ebook
. It is not the final version, but that will be out soon and you will automatically get it if you buy the pre-release book now.
Diarrhea from ingesting MMS can be caused by two things. One is overdosing by taking too much, too soon, which will result in Herxheimer reactions which can include diarrhea. The other is using citric acid to make MMS1 doses.
Taking two doses of MMS1 per day may not be very effective.
Protocol 1000
calls for eight hourly consecutive doses maxing out at 3 drop doses. The idea is to keep the chlorine dioxide level up throughout the eight hour period.
Before following P1000, it is advised to begin with the
Starting Procedure
.
