Hi All, I need your help. Any ideas are welcome! I have long history of health issues that started with lyme, then went to lyme arthritis, then to psoriatic arthritis. I was on many drugs, including 3 very strong antibiotics for a year, with no results. I was unable to move for almost a year, I couldnt even lift my arms. I was in horrific pain . What helped me was prednisone, indomethacin, plaquenil and methadone. I tried MMS on and off for a year. It didnt help me. I finally changed diet, eliminating wheat(gluten), dairy, sugar and meat. I drank a protein drink made with soy or almond milk. I was able to get off indomethacin, plaquenil. Then after a little while stopped prednisone and was working my way off methadone. That didnt work so well, I went off prednisone too fast, I got pain in joints again. At that time I had fallen outside on ice and hurt ribs and hip. Now I have sciatica, for weeks. I am unable to walk, sit ,stand, and lie down without pain. I am in agony again. I tried two chiropractors, with acupucture, it has not helped. Now Im trying DSMO, and finding it hard to get info on how to use it. I have the 90% DMSO from health food store. I want to add it with MMS to swollen disc and hip, but Im hesitant because Im taking it with capsules too. I really dont know what to do, this has been hard just to sit and write this, I really cant do research, I cant concentrate on it, as I am going crazy rocking back and forth in pain. Does anyone have info on sciatic and DMSO with MMS? Again, I will greatly appreciate any help! Jane

Hi Jane,
MMS can certainly help with the problems you mention. The pain seems like the first main issue. Jim has had excellent results with sciatica pain. Here is what he says in one of his lecture transcripts:

(The students continued asking Jim questions.)

Q: What about sciatic nerve pain?

A: Hourly drops, 10 each time. When you give the first dose, the pain will get stronger at first, then it will go away. I have treated over sixty cases and this was the result each time. Within 4 days, there was no more sciatic condition. That was the old protocol, though. Now, you can do the protocol 1000 of 3 drops hourly.

Q: So that will work with any nerve disorder?

A: Yes, that will work.

Usually sciatic pain is caused by the area being weak and the pathogens then come in to take over because the area is weak. The pathogens are what causes the pain.

I have another person I have been corresponding with privately who found great relief of pain by going on hourly mms1 dosing and bringing the doses up as high as possible, and they reached 6-7 drops/hr. So if 3 drops/hr does not do it, then go up.

In another place Jim says to do a 6 x 6 (6 drops now then 6 again in 1 hr) if you are having pain, then continue hourly if needed. If I was you and in pain and I thought I could handle a 10 drop dose I would take it, or if I thought that would be too much then try a 6 drop dose, or if still too much then go with 3 drop doses hourly as long as you are pain. You can work up to higher doses if it might help.

The DMSO is a great pain reliever too. You can try just rubbing the 90% that you bought directly over painful areas, just using your hand. IF you get skin irritation, then take some of the DMSO and add more water to it till you get a 70% dmso to 30% water mix. This is supposed to be very skin safe.

Let us know how it goes and once the pain is under control then you can work on the other issues.

Healing wishes,
Michael

Thank you Michael,
It is good to see someone else helped w/ MMS for sciatica. I have never been able to go more than 2 drops in the past. I started taking it again a week ago, and today I finally made it to 2 drops. I usually get very sick. I am very afraid to go more because of the violent vomiting. I will post again soon with results. Again, thank you.

Jane, yes please be very careful and go slowly if you have had violent vomiting. Taking it hourly will be the key and stay just under the threshold of too much nausea. On Jim's site he explains other ways of getting MMS into your body. How about baths or foot soaks? Those might work well for you since they bypass the GI tract.
Also, MMS2 should work for pain if it is pathogen related. Probably just have not developed much experience with it. I like MMS2 more than MMS1 because I get nausea at three drops with the mms1. Often I can take a full dose of MMS2. Have you tried the MMS2?

I have done the bath many times for psoriasis, but I developed an aversion to the smell. I will look up foot soaks, but the smell may stop me. The MMS2 is scary to me, i dont know much about it. I have had leaky gut and I'm worried it can hurt me more, dont know if it is true, but I dont have anyone to talk w/ about it. Thank you for your info.

Jane, you get a lot less smell with foot soaks than baths. I'm sure I have leaky gut and the MMS2 is helping me quite a bit. You can start out with very small doses. Info on mms2 is here jimhumble.biz/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=38&Itemid=66 . Also I am attaching another mms2 page that is no longer available but used to be (also posting it here genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=28&id=2133&Itemid=66#2133).

To take mms2 it is easiest to buy some pool shock and make your own with size 0 capsules. Or you can take it in water like I describe here genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=28&id=1906&Itemid=66.

Here are some places to buy 2:
www.mineral-solutions.net/mms2 mms2
futurehealthtoday.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=54 mms2

You can also make your own mms2 if you buy some cheap calcium hypochlorite pool shock ($5) like this from Leslies Pool Supply, a national chain, www.lesliespool.com/browse/Home/Pool-Chemicals/Pool-Shock/Power-Powder-Weekly-Shock/D/30100/P/1:100:1000:100010/I/14620 and some empty size 0 capsules, or just use it in water like I show above. If you are starting with small doses, then putting it in water will be even easier.

Thank you for the info.
When I do a footbath, do I stop taking it by mouth?
I will look into the info on MMS2.
Thank you for taking the time to help me.
