AZJJ,
I am not trying to "cure" anything, just trying to avoid anything bad (cancer or ??). I use 18 ml of 3000 ppm CDS in 2 liters of water, which I usually finish by the end of the day.

I agree with you that CDS won't be in the stomach after 30 minutes.

Ah... do you take 18ml in 2 liters of water every day? For a "maintenance" dose? I guess I am starting really slowly, I take 7-10 drops (1/2ml) in R/O water 4-5 times/day... sporadically... I do not follow the 10-20ml in a liter, drinking every hour for 8 hours of so...
I think maybe I need to increase the dose... I am looking to cure my stomach issues and prevent cancer too... I have had a little bug lately too... seems to be working... I am on catheters, so healing my prostate would be great too... but I doubt that is possible... as I am 65 now...

I was concerned that I read somewhere that CDS loses all potency in 2 weeks... I emailed AquaPure and they said it would last 3-4 months... if stored in the refrigerator... what do you think?

BTW: I smoke a little weed nightly for relaxation and for sleep... since I have been taking CDS, the weed high is WAY stronger... almost too strong... maybe it's the extra O2 in the blood?

AZJJ at least there is no bad reaction with food... great!

The whole idea to leave a gap is to stop the CDS being used up and absorbed by your food, rather than your body. The time said to allow is one hour either side of dinner. How I did it is I set a timer and cooked my dinner to ensure I was half way through eating it on that middle hour.

I guess I am starting really slowly, I take 7-10 drops (1/2ml) in R/O water 4-5 times/day... sporadically... I do not follow the 10-20ml in a liter, drinking every hour for 8 hours of so.

If you are referring to CDS, I would start out at 10 ml in one litre of water and take that eight to ten times a day. Frequency is more important. Think of it like an oxygen mask, you don't try to cram in the oxygen into a body. It is taken over time. That's why eight to ten dosages in one day is better. Think about it: people with a lot of CDS experience have developed these protocols.

10 ml in one litre is not strong. I would to be concerned. I'm also not implying you need to go any stronger. You can and safely, but you may not need to. You could stick to that strength the whole time. If you were concerned you can start at 5 ml of full-strength CDS in 1 litre of water. I would not take it any weaker than this. If you keep your CDS in a clip-jar with a silicone seal your CDS will weaken over time in the fridge. Keep this in mind when you store it. So over time your 5 ml per litre will be weaker, the more one litre bottles you make.

You could use a funnel to pour and store your CDS concentrate in glass bottle with a plastic gap, if you want it to last longer. Though this will make using it a little more tricky, re measuring it out. There are ways and means for everything. Be sure you don't use anything but a plastic or silicone cap and double check the inside of the cap to be sure. You will get away with rubber, but not with tin, aluminium or any kind of metal cap or lid.

I use CDS... from Aquapura.  I am now taking 20 drops in clean water 3X per day...  after taking a week or so off...
I am pretty new to all this and info is hard to find... but I don't know why anyone would take the original MMS.
Have YOU heard that commercial CDS only lasts 3 months?

From my reading (limited), I doubt taking vitamin C while taking CDS is a good idea, they would counter-act each other, one being a oxidant and one being an anti-oxidant.. even if taken the same day at different times... no?

I take CDS to prevent UTIs primarily... I think my relatively low dosage is sufficient for that.. probably prevents colds, flu and other bugs as well...  I am bummed there are not many more forums and discussion groups for CDS... Reddit, which SHOULD be a great place to discuss CDS...  is heavily influenced by lefty politics, and probably Big Pharma too... so nothing worthwhile on CDS there... any mention of opposing Covid "vaccines" will get you banned too...

The vitamin C will cancel out / weaken the CDS. So it doesn't make sense for that reason. I compensate for the lack of vitamin C by eating more meat. I'm basically on carnivore diet at this point. The different proteins in meat bypasses the need for vitamin C as they can be used to make the collagen.

Yes, I get it... but it is widely accepted that Vitamin C has a ton of benefits and is required to prevent some diseases and strengthen the immune system... so if one takes CDS daily, and get NO vitamin C... is that a good thing?

Orthomolecular dot Org, an interesting site...  raves about vitamin C, seems to believe it is a panacea for all disease...  perhaps it would be wise to cycle them both, apart from each other?

I've taken high-dose intravenous vitamin C as part of my situation. I've been to the clinics, etc. I know all about that.
