There are three forms of MMS listed as G2C church sacraments: MMS1, CDS and CDH.

One difference between the three is the amount of CLO2 in each externally, before ingestion.

MMS1 "activated" for 30 seconds releases about 10% of the available CLO2 in MMS and the rest should be released in stomach acid.

CDH "activated" overnight releases about 50% of the available CLO2 in MMS and the rest should be released in stomach acid.

CDS is 100% CLO2 externally and there is no further activation in stomach acid because CDS does not contain any MMS.

CDS is excellent for topical use especially when DMSO is also used.

One MMS sacrament may be better for a particular use than the others. You can try all of them if you like.

Thanks for the info, the only product I have now is the MMS and the activator. I have been taking the drops as best I can for about 3 days. I skipped one day because I felt rather sick and needed to rest from it. I have two breast tumors. Is there any way i can use the MMS topically on the tumors?

Also , does the activated solution lose it's CLO2 if I leave it standing covered for hours? or over night?? Does it need to be consumed right away?

UpstateGrandma, yes, you can use any of the three sodium chlorite solutions (SCS) MMS1, CDS or CDH topically.

My first choice for topical use would be CDS, then CDH and lastly MMS1, because of the higher amount of CLO2 available externally. Internally, MMS1 is probably the best, CDH next, then CDS.

I suggest you read Jim Humble's latest book and follow the Health Recovery Plan (HRP) beginning with the Starting Procedure. You will find more than one protocol for topical use. However, the book only uses MMS1 and not CDS or CDH, which is unfortunate in my opinion. There are ways to use CDS and CDH with most of the protocols listed in the book.

If you are making MMS1, and I think you are, the solution is normally made and used for each dose. In the past, a daily bottle was made up and would last all day. It is said that MMS1 doses made and consumed within about one minute result in better health restoration. If you use CDS or CDH, the one minute rule would not apply because they are pre-made SCSs.

Are you using 50% citric acid or 4% HCL MMS activator?

Thank you. This last post is the clearest, most succinct compilation I have ever read about the differences between MMS, CDS and CDH. I am especially surprised to read that MMS Is better for internal ingestion than CDS (and your post, of course, explains why). Its’s too bad, because CDS is supposed to be so much more palatable than MMS. I am presently not on an internal protocol but may have to consider it because of my basal cell skin cancer. I am also surprised to hear that the daily bottle no longer is recommended. That makes it really inconvenient for someone like me who often is out and about for hours on end during the day....

I have the two 4 oz bottles ordered from the Genesis II church. One is MMS and one is hydrocloric acid. Is is normal to experience a constant drippy nose when taking MMS? I always have sinus problems and was hoping that one of the first indications that this is helpful would be a clearing up of my respiratory issues which I constantly have. It might be allergies. However my nose is red and sore from the constant watery discharge. I am doing 3 drops every hour when possible. I am also wondering if it could be that the Hoxsey clinic protocol I am on could be canceling out the MMS, or vice versa. I asked the Biomedical center ( Hoxsey Clinic) and they never heard of MMS so could not tell me in spite of me sending several links.. There are no antioxidents in the herbs and tonic that I am aware of . My doctor did tell me to take lots of CoQ 10 and 500 vitamin C 3 X a day, which I am now taking morning and night one hour before starting the MMS drops. I am aiming at 10 doses a day, haven't done that every day. Can i make my own CDS? My husband has Parkinson"s and between the two of us our alternative medical bills ( nothing covered by insurance ) are pretty amazing.

There can be many different "side effects" when using CLO2 in the form of MMS1, CDS or CDH. Your sinus drainage seems to be accelerated by MMS1. That may be a good side effect. It is also possible that you are taking too much MMS1 at this time. Try reducing the hourly dosage and see if that helps. It is most beneficial to take MMS for at least 8 consecutive hours. If you miss an hourly dose, then the CLO2 in your body will be reduced. Take less, but don't miss an hourly dose. Follow the Three Golden Rules found in Jim's latest book.

I do not suggest taking supplements except one hour after your last MMS1 dose of the day, because if you take them before starting MMS1 for the day, they may be in your blood for hours. If they are, then CLO2 in MMS1 will be reduced and you might as well not take MMS1 at all.

Yes, you can make CDS with the same two ingredients you use to make MMS1. Use the overnight method, a safe way to make CDS. I don't have a link for you on making CDS using that method, and I have not had time to make a video to post to my YouTube channel. It's on my list of things to do! :)

I have been making my own CDS using the recipe I found on mmsinfo.org. Go to the INFO Sheets box and scroll down until you find "CDS - How to Make 3000 ppm". That website has a wealth of information on it. Anyone interested in MMS should read most if not all of the articles there.

Thanks, jmac.

That article on how-to-make 3000 ppm CDS only applies if you have 4% HCL. If you have 50% citric acid or 10% HCL, double infusion is not necessary. And if about 2500 ppm CDS is adequate, then a single infusion using 4% HCL will get that CLO2 concentration. Note that using a larger quantity of 4% HCL will result in less ppm! See attachment.

If you use a different set of containers, your CDS CLO2 concentration (ppm) will likely be different.

I still need to make a short how-to video!
