OP can i suggest a minor tweak to make it even simpler? - Instead of making a naclo solution and a citric acid solution added to a base amount of water, simply add the dry ingredients to a jar and make up to 100ml with base water. It just seems a redundant step to make a separate naclo solution and cirtric solution only to add it to more water. Of course if using hcl this will be liquid anyway but the point still applies to the naclo portion. My calculations using your recipe i think will be 1g 80% naclo powder plus 1.4g citric acid made up to 100ml with distilled water.

The product mentions MMS but I don't think it is MMS.

Brendan, citric acid is not used to make CDH, only 4% HCL. Scott and I spent 6 months testing to arrive at the CDH recipe.

TylerBong1, that website starts out talking about CDS, but the directions for mixing the two ingredients sold makes MMS1, not CDS.
He quotes Health Canada as saying "There are no therapeutic products containing sodium chlorite authorized for oral consumption by humans in Canada." That would be MMS1 and CDH, but not CDS. CDS does not contain any sodium chlorite.
His price is reasonable at $19 for a set of MMS and 4% HCL, 4 fl oz each. No idea what the shipping cost would be, however. Those are Canadian Dollars.

Yes the website says 28% sodium chlorite, 4% HCI. I plan on doing IV push of 100 ppm CDH. Just want to make sure this product will be acceptable to do this. Hence my question about using 28% sodium chlorite and how many ml to use.
Thanks

TylerBong1, if you follow the recipe and use what you have, it will still end up being 3500ppm. The reason is that the HCl runs out at that point. So the only thing that would happen is that you would end up with a little more sodium chlorite than usual remaining in your final solution and that should be fine. If you were to use a stronger acid, let's say 5% HCl instead, well then your ppm would go up.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

- I did a CDH injection / Chlorine Dioxide (CLO2) injection / IV push of 10ml of dilute 50ppm CDH / CLO2 into my blood 3 times in 11 hours & did before & after blood tests that showed that it did NO HARM to my blood, liver or kidneys. This suggests the possibility that CDH / CLO2 is a potential LIFESAVING MRSA cure, VRE cure, CRE cure, AMR cure, Ebola cure, HIV cure, Cancer cure, etc., since it appears to be safe intravenously at 50ppm.

- Every ml of CDH contains 1 drop of MMS, so 1 drop of MMS = 1ml of CDH
- MMS is 7 to 10% activated in 30 seconds while CDH made with 4% HCl is about 50% activated in the bottle. This is why CDH is far less nauseating than MMS drops

the OP mentions citric acid. But that's not my point. I'm not changing the recipe at all just simplifying the method a little for the same result. Just means bunging in the naclo dry instead of making a separate naclo solution which seems a redundant step. I know its a fairly trivial streamlining but its what i do and it works well, just thought i would share it with you, might save you 2 mins!
