I'm on day 9 of MMS and am managing for the last two doses of 14 drops an hour and dosing between 7 and 10 times a day. No D as yet today but a little loose. Think i had my detox on Sunday WOW but strangely i had no pain at all but it did last until the next day and i was on 12 drops an hour then. Shifted back down to 5,6,7,7,7,8 the next day as i had work but all seems to be OK since.

My lump has shrunk already and i have two friends who feel it has too as i was worried i could be making it up.

I've been following this plan of action
6am i take 120mls of Aloe Gel drink which is 97% aloe
7-8am i take my first dose of MMS
Hourly there after if i can so. I'm averaging between 7 to 10 doses a day. The day before I had my "detox and clear-out" I had managed a total of 82 drops and the day of the detox i totalled 92.
I'm douching every other day.
I've also tried doing it through the skin once i mixed up a 6 drop dose and added to Aloe Vera Gelly and applied to breast and armpit and left on for 30mins. Rather sticky but it was the next day that my lump had noticeable shrunk.
3-4 hours or just before bed i am taking 2-3 Lycium Plus.

I don't have much of an appetite and am trying to go alkaline but i need to look into this more and I've had toast a couple of days as felt that i needed more of a solid food, possibly a starch craving?

I have ordered some PH test kits and also some pH Plus Capsule. Has anyone used these before?

I have just received my MMS2 and plan on starting this tomorrow.

From what I've been reading here i am making huge progress aren't i as i can tolerate high doses of MMS.
I don't have any medical support at the moment and have to go back to my Dr's as the consultant i was under wouldn't even check my lump out for himself and just wanted to proceed his way and told me it was impossible for the lump to have shrunk. Anyway blessings there as he's not the right person to be assisting me in this. This is cutting a long story short.

Please any feed back would be most welcome as i feel I'm really on my own with this.

Wow Utopia, what great news that after only 9 days your tumor is shrinking! And how terrific that you are able to tolerate high hourly doses -- that's really a blessing! Do you have Jim Humble's book? If not, I would recommend it highly as a resource guide for all the different protocols available. You could also use DMSO mixed with MMS, though it sounds like the aloe gel was really helpful. I, too, have had questions about eating an alkaline diet with the MMS protocols, but apparently, from what folks are telling me, they don't mix well. The alkaline diet is a very anti-oxidant one, and while on MMS it's best to avoid anti-oxidants.

Best of luck to you, and hopefully that tumor will be gone in no time!

Hi KJ

Thanks for your feedback. Yes i have 3 of Jims books and his website is very helpful and it led me here. I've had a little look into to the use of DMSO, but from what I've read can have reactions so not ventured down this route as of yet.

I've dropped right back on the MMS today only dosed 15 drops today so far, as bad case of D since yesterday evening last dose of 12 drops was at 19:00 and then i did my bath and douching and aloe and from 21:00 it set in. I think i raided my body with a little to much MMS. Whoops.

I also thought my limp had grown again but today it feels like it hasn't. I am wondering about a few things such as having bouts of D as my last one was Sunday/Monday and OK again by Tuesday. Maybe it is the MMS doing it's work and then the body is flooded as it's released.

I felt a bit sick for a few hours today so I've only done a 10 dose at 09:00 and a 5 dose at 12:00 due to feeling sick.
My MMS2 capsules are brittle and i just break them so it's impossible to empty some out. So i just took a whole one as they are rather small size 3 but strong strength at 78%. I've been fine as it's been over 2 hours since i took it. I will take another one today and tomorrow will add another.

I'm having a real issue with food i did manage the biggest meal I've eaten in a week and then i got the diarrhoea it was basically veg but i did add a cheese source. This is my first cooked meal in over a week. Did have toast again this morning but since then I've eaten an apple and cucumber. I just don't feel hungry. I'll probably have a smoothie tonight. I read somewhere else too that junk food can react while taking MMS.

Regards the anti-oxidants I take Lycium plus just before bed which would give me a good few hours after the last dose of MMS. Kind of figured that at least my body could have an input of something to replace what's being striped as the body is working over time. Last night i added a pro-biotic as i know my intestines have been utterly stripped.

So much info my head is spinning.

Best of luck for you too.

It's been an up and down process for me too -- one day I can tolerate a higher dosage, the next day... NOT! And the D comes and goes with me too. That always lets me know I'm pushing the top edge of my tolerance and need to slow down a bit. It's hard though, isn't it, when you have a serious condition. You want to just get the drops per hour way up there as fast as possible to fight the battle and win -- and yet we can work against ourselves by trying to go too fast (spoken from experience... :S )

I'm struggling with diet too, and I know from reading other posts that there are lots of us with question marks over our heads over what to eat while doing these protocols. I guess we just have to find what works for us and share it and keep talking about it until it becomes clear. I've been nibbling on apples and crackers after living a very green-based diet. I am totally confused about what to put into my mouth but I seem to crave starches right now and that helps with the nausea. But I don't feel good eating this way... Let's keep each other posted on our progress and diet ideas ;)

KJ,

It might help while you are doing your MMS to be taking Calcium Bentonite Clay (CBC) powder .... taking 1 heaping rounded teaspoon at night, right before you go to bed. It will help with the diareaah, and absorb toxins from your system that the MMS is creating, as well as help you in so many other ways. I took mine about 5 hours away from the MMS and away from food, so it could act on its own.

As far as diet... when I did my MMS cleanse a few weeks ago, we mainly ate quinoa (in soups and as a pilaf).... fish... soba noodles..... and root vegetable stews. ALL stuff we made at home....nothing store bought (so we knew what was in it)

Give the clay some thought.... as it has a Ph of 9.7.... and can really balance out your system at the end of the day.

Utopia and KJ,

I like to just give a few words of encouragement, keep up the good job you are doing in taking care of your health. When we consider the alternative treatments vs MMS and their side-effects, you must know you are on the right track choosing MMS. Last weekend (and I am not dealing with cancer like you are) my symptoms of fibromyalgia and joint pains (all joint as of that) where at it's peak since a few years (I could barely move). Yesterday though my body felt great again, so I must have released lots of toxins. Sometimes it gets worse before it gets better, and sometimes we go through the getting worse part several times.

Utopia from what I have read using DMSO topically has a great deal of benefits. It is a dissolvent and together with MMS I believe the tumor can very well disappear.

Sending my thoughts of healing to you,

sevenrays

Thank you all for your input, it's all really helpful.

As far as diet goes maybe eating something along these lines www.mmsautism.com/diet/

My Ph test strips came today and from two tests via saliva and urine at different times I'm showing around a pH of 6 - 6.5 that low isn't it?
I have these pH plus says, 100% natural vegetable capsules. Says "Calcium-carbonate and Magnesium-carbonate are alkalising minerals in pH Plus"
Serving suggestions: 2-4 twice a day on empty stomach.

Q: would this interfere with the MMS process or be a good thing to take outside of dosing times.?

I already take my Aloe a good hour or so before i start the dosings and then a good few hours after last dose i take lycium Plus to replenish. From what i read on Kerri Rivera page “Healing an Epidemic.” (link as above) she's talking about laying off it ALL, although this is for Autism. But then i've read that it's OK to supplement hours after or before any MMS is ingested.

Sevenrays as i didn't have any DMSO i have applied topically but used Aloe vera gelly and i think that may have worked as aloe always travels down to the deeper levels and works it way up.

I've taken two MMS2 today 3 hours apart and a total of 30 drops MMS. Going gently, kind of, as felt a bit washed out today after yesterday evenings runnings no pun intended.
I have 2 lots of MMS2 capsules which are size 3 78% and the others 65% but bigger. Both capsule cases just break if you try and pull them to delicate. So i necked the small one with 78% and felt OK so did it again 3 hours later. 7

I've seen comments about diatomaceous earth also. Should i add this too? Doing all this properly actually gives no time for food. Well that's solved the what to eat issue. LOL It is all a bit overwhelming and conflicting information.

I very much appreciate the support.

Utopia,
I admire how well you are following all the instructions, I am also experiencing ups and downs, yesterday and today quite down. No diarrhea though,
Just nausea, pain in the stomach, dizziness and tired. So I am decreasing everything today.

I am taking MMS1 and MMS2 and Diatomaceous Earth. I take the DE first thing in the morning and now I am waiting for the calcium bentonite clay
to arrive and will take that in the evening before bed. Each one does something a little different.

Clint (Macaddict) can explain better about these 2 powders.

I don't have cancer, but have a rare auto immune condition called Hyper Eosinophilic Syndrome, severe asthma, allergies, Hashimoto's thyroiditis
and osteoporosis, enough stuff! all happened almost 5 years ago.

Clint, you gave me some ideas on what to eat as I am feeling worse now. I like all that you mentioned.

Thanks also to KJ and sevenrays, it is nice to follow all of you as we go through the same experience.

Yeah, I've now got a consultant who is willing to monitor me. I met with him yesterday and he was very thorough in his examination and explanation. I was also given the full term of what my diagnosis is which is grade 3 ductular carcinoma triple negative. Pills wouldn't work on this type anyway from what was explained to me. So it is almost 2 months since being diagnosed with this and i have had no conventional intervention apart from the tests, two core biopsy, mammogram, ultrasound and lymph node cell extraction via needle x 2 but all they mamaged to pull from this was fat cells. All tests were preformed at my previous hospital and i am so glad that all the utterly shambolicness of how they handles things has paid off. I am getting so much better at listening to my intuition. (THANK YOU)

By the time i was seen most of the clinics dept had closed so next week i go back for ultra sound and blood tests so sadly a delay in any feedback as to how the MMS, MMS2 and DMSO are kicking butt. This will be my first blood test so will not have anything to compare to until another blood test which maybe in 3 months time. If my consultant was really that worried about me i presume he would want to see me more frequently then that? I have no idea how this all works as it's very new to me, so i am just going with the flow and listening to myself more about what feels right and what doesn't. I have done this before with another health matter and it paid off big time in the end.

However i can report on my progress with how I'm doing with the MMS, MMS2 and DMSO.

MMS - I've managed to get up to 12 drops 10 x a day with no diarrhoea but the next day i did experience it but it was gone by the afternoon. I just backed off on my drops right down to 2 drops for 3 hours then increased to 5 drops for the rest of the day and no more issues. I reread some of Jim's book again and saw he said it was best to stick around 8 drops but could do 10 but not to go above this as it wasn't necessary. So for almost 2 weeks now i have not had any diarrhoea and have been averaging around 8-10 drops 7 - 10 hours a day. I have found it a little tricky keeping up with the hours when working or out and about so this is why i've been a bit ropey. I've still be getting a good load of dosing in though. I must just say it is a hard one to stick to because life can get hectic.

So unless my MMS is broken I've got to be making good progress from what I've read. I've been wondering is the cancer still active?

The consultant estimated the tumour to be still around 12mm, tiny i know and that is probably very much in my favour. The large swelling i had in other parts of the breast have gone and i have no rippling. This all vanished after i did a topically application in the first week using 6 drops of activated MMS with aloe vera jelly forever living brand as that is something I've just gotten into a few weeks before any of this saga started. (I'm loving life's little synchronicities that just keep on coming) What i have found is that throughout the day the tumour which is very close to the skin and easy to feel fluctuates from being hard and soft, noticeable. It's also not as prominent as it was visually. Although the consultant feels it's still around the same size as originally diagnosed maybe the inflammation around has made the difference? I feel well in myself lots more energy as i need to have having 2 dogs on my hands of 13 and 16 months and one of them being hyperactive, I'm cleaning 3 days a week for 6 - 7 hrs a day. Studying and building up 2 other businesses.

DMSO & MMS i been doing this but admittedly been a bit ropey with this the last week and only been doing it the last 3.5 weeks it's been far to cold in my house. I have found that i can only apply it to my legs as when i tried it on my arm the burning was to intense and the rash was outrageous. it did go after a few hours but at least on my legs it wasn't anywhere as bad and didn't really burn after the first few applications. So I've been doing one calf then the other then the tight. Have not even bothered trying my torso because of the reaction on my arms. I have experienced no other reactions such as liver pain, vomiting or diarrhoea from using DMSO.

MMS2 have been using this now since the 24th of August and no vomiting or anything. OMG do drink the recommended water dose of 8oz or more as the burps and horrid. LOL have only one one or two occasions experienced stomach discomfort but just drank lots more water and it didn't last long. I'm not sure if this is the right size capsule but i'm taking size 3 which is was advertised as new and improved sizing, Pro 78%. These capsules are quick brittle and can not separate them for the life of me so the first time i took one i just necked it and hoped for the best. Pheeeeew. I've been doing it bi-hourly for 5 - 6 hours a day. Should i be taking it hourly or stick with that?

Other things i've been doing:
120mls of Aloe vera first thing in the morning.
q-10 400mg always a few hours after i'm done dosing for the day.
Kelp in the am when i remember

My PH levels are much better then they where my urine is around 6 - 6.5 and my saliva varies quite a bit between 5.5 - 7

Diet:
I have been doing the budwig protocol or part of it such are the quark and flaxseed oil. I have this for breakfast 4 tablespoons of organic cold pressed flaxseed oil to 8 tablespoons of quark blended together with a hand immersion blender. I then grind up 2 tablespoons of organic whole flaxseed's add that along with 1 teaspoon of organic honey, a few blueberries, strawberries and raspberries and sprinkle some pumpkin seeds.
I'm juicing carrots, celery and broccoli
Staying away from meat because i just don't want to eat it and besides here in the UK it's pumped with so much stuff they even inject the chicken breast with stuff to bulk it out. This is why i'm doing the Budwig as it is full with EFA's so at least i'm getting that in me by doing this protocol.

I'm also attempting to add in the D.E (Diatomaceous earth) protocol, 1 heaped tablespoon in 8 oz of distilled water in the morning on an empty stomach, just started and all seems find. I read somewhere that doing this for 7 days should do the trick? and to do it for a week every 6 months to keep on top of it.

I'm also drink distilled water for the time being. Our water here measures around 290 TDS and at least I'm minimising on the amount of metals that are entering my body. The distilled water is around 6. I know it's not good long term but just for now.

I'm staying away from sugars don't normally have sugar but have had one or two slips and eaten a chocolate. I've also had some red wine now and then. It's very hard to find organic and finding wine with no sulphates has proved impossible. I'm in the UK.

I have found so many positives in this for me it was almost a case of be careful what you wish for. This has been a bit of a rocket up the backside for me so i am doing all those things i talked about doing and changing in my life. If you fall off the wagon one day, just get right back on the next and don't beat yaself up. That is good advise i am taking for myself.

I hope this at least helps someone if their on a similar journey to me. It is about tweaking
and not giving up. Keep going, keep positive.

Love and Light and all the healing in the world to who ever reads this.
