FDA Attacks Daniel Smith of Project Greenlife and MMS (02-21-2013)

The FDA asks the justice department to send both Daniel Smith ( Project Greenlife ) and his wife to prison for 36 years for selling MMS, and his secretary as well. This is in the face of the fact that Daniel sent a certified letter to the FDA (which they signed for) asking if they in any way objected to him selling MMS in his private association. He legally stated that in the absence of their objection that he would be doing so as there is no law against selling MMS, sodium chlorite, or chlorine dioxide. There are court cases indicating that to not answer such letters can be considered fraud by the governmental agency receiving such letters.

Daniel put his life and that of his family on the line by returning to the US to answer the Grand Jury’s inquiry into this case. He was safe inside of Ecuador but he chose to return not only to help the world have the right to MMS, but also to help the citizens of the US to have health freedom. He was safe in Ecuador. There is no law saying he had to return and Ecuador offers asylum to those who are persecuted health advocates.

When I asked Daniel why did he return his answers was, “If those in the ring don’t fight, who will fight?” Of course, he is mad at those guys, and he wants to fix them, but, really, he did this for all of us. Now he needs your help right away at no cost of you (except the cost of sending a letter). HE JUST NEEDS YOU TO SEND A COUPLE OF LETTERS, THAT’S ALL. The letters are already written, all you have to do is sign them and send them out.

(Oh, yes, I just wanted to mention that here is a reference to one FDA regulation authorizing the use of chlorine dioxide on foods as high as 50 times stronger than a standard dose of MMS. Some people mentioned that they would like to see it. This is it: 21 C.F.R. § 173.300 Chlorine dioxide. Title 21 - Food and Drugs.) But please follow the instructions in the above paragraph.

IMPORTANT UPDATE ON DANIEL SMITH (Project Greenlife) AND THE FDA (12-24-2012)

It’s been 18 months since the FDA led its armed raid on the Smith family home and two businesses in the USA (Spokane Washington). Daniel Smith was the Trustee for Project GreenLife, which made MMS and various other helpful items available to private members of the association worldwide. The FDA flew agents in from all over the nation to take part in the triple raid after secretly planning for nearly a year.

As many of you know, the US Observer investigated and reported on the story; publishing several articles that went viral. These articles exposed the FDA’s malicious prosecution of Daniel Smith and the FDA’s attempt to discredit the MMS movement through lies and propaganda.

During the last year, people from all over the world came together to help Daniel and his family. Together we sent nearly a thousand sworn affidavits to the court and to the Grand Jury Foreman care of the US Attorney. Collectively, we donated tens of thousands of dollars through the US Observer, and others pledged hundreds of thousands of dollars to help Daniel prepare for the legal battle of his life - to protect MMS from the FDA and fight for our health freedoms.

Cases of this kind are costly because mock trials have to be held in order to prepare the defense for the real trial. In order to do this, they have to hire real people – prosecutors, judges, and even jury members, the entire show. They all take part in the mock trial as if it were the real thing. They will run as many mock trials as necessary until the defense team has perfected its case.

During the last 1.5 years, the U.S. Department of Justice has convened two Grand Juries attempting to charge Daniel Smith of a crime. Neither of the juries returned an indictment. In the first attempt, they alleged Daniel had smuggled ( USC 18 545 ) sodium chlorite and citric acid from Canada. This turned out to be a lie. In the second attempt, they alleged a conspiracy to defraud the United States ( USC 18 371 ). This also turned out to be a lie.

We have just learned the FDA is preparing for a third Grand Jury. They are alleging a conspiracy again. What most people don’t know is the FDA needs to attach fraud charges in order to put someone in prison for the longest time possible. A historical review of FDA cases shows how they frequently allege smuggling or fraud in order to give their Food and Drug laws sharper teeth. They will attach as many things they think they can convince a Grand Jury to indict for, often just to extract a plea bargain so they don’t have to actually go to trial.

Our assistance is being called upon once again.

Jeff Jacobson is a family man with nine children. He was a sales rep for eleven years at Brenntag Pacific, the chemical company who supplied sodium chlorite for Daniel Smith’s companies in 2007-‘08. A few weeks ago, FDA lawyers called Jeff attempting to solicit his testimony in hopes he might corroborate their theory of a conspiracy to defraud the government. In fear of the FDA, Brenntag responded by immediately dismissing Jeff, making him sign a severance contract under duress, sending him home with half a paycheck and no job during Christmas season with a wife and nine children to feed. Jeff, who clearly states there was no conspiracy, has asked for help to get his job back.

We can all help by taking a moment to send the email found here ( iamnotananimal.org/jj.htm ) to the President of Brenntag on Jeff’s behalf. The directions are easy to follow and it will only take a minute. If everyone on this list will email the President of Brenntag, we can show Brenntag the whole world is watching… that it will ultimately cost a company more to cower than to stand up and be loyal to their employees. We can show the FDA their perpetual reign of terror on our health freedom will not be tolerated.

We have also learned that Daniel’s family has essentially been homeless for months until just a few weeks ago when they were gifted a home to live in for the winter. They have very little furnishings and are getting a small amount of food from the food bank. While many of us gave to the legal fund to help Daniel and his family, we must remember this is all held in trust accounts for the legal team and has not gone to help Daniel’s family with any of their personal needs. The government is still holding Daniel’s property and funds pending the outcome of the case.

Daniel’s family really needs our help this Christmas - as does Jeff’s. If everyone on this list will give a few dollars, we can go along way towards helping them get their feet back on the ground and keep the government from crushing their spirits.

I have have to raise why these guys continue, ok it is a light mix but never the less www.asea.net/en-us/home.aspx This should at least be raised to legal council

So I am right in thinking that ASEA is just a version of CDS? I bought a case and as soon as I tasted it I knew I had wasted my money.

ASEA is not exactly the same but I was wondering why are are uneffected by the legal system and FDA?

Yes, that is a puzzle. Can you tell me how ASEA and CDS are different?
