Kiwigold,

How are you doing? I hope you are seeing some improvement.

Here is my latest report:

When I reached 24 drops of MMS a day, I started having severe nausea and diarrhea, so I decided to switch to CDS and see if
I continue to feel great. I even learned how to make CDS "the shot glass method" which is super easy.

I have been on CDS for 2 weeks or so and still doing very well. I take the equivalent of 24 drops of MMS a day, or even more
some days. No nausea, no diarrhea, no bad taste. I am very happy so far.

I also take Diatomaceous Earth and Calcium Bentonite Clay.

We are in the middle of several wild fires and the air has been smoky, I can't even see the mountains. It almost looks as if Mount St. Helens erupted again, incredible!
But more incredible yet is the fact that I am doing so well even with the terrible air.

I am so thankful to Jim Humble and all of the people here
on this forum that have been helping us along the way.:cheer:

EVANIR,

How are you using the DE & clay?

Could you describe in detail? I'm just trying to play catch up and get
clear on how different folks are using these items and for what condition etc! :)

I recently came upon MMS and FGHP therapy at the same time. And NOW more recently, I stumbled into old therapies, like turpentine!
And I always support peoples right to choose whichever therapy they see fit to take!

KW,

I use 1 ts of DE twice a day away from meals and CDS, tricky if I forget to look at the clock.

Only 1 ts of Calcium Bentonite Clay before bed, because it was too constipating to take more.

Both are taken with a cup of water and well mixed. During the day I drink extra water with DE,
but at night I don't like to drink too much water afterward the clay. In the morning I drink about
2 glasses first thing in the morning.

Evanir,

Thanks again. Is this for your asthma? Do you feel that both are helping you, can you feel the difference?

A side bar to the water issue....I'm not sure if you heard of Dr. Bob Marshall, but he helped me because I heeded his warning about
getting enuf rest...at least 5hrs to get good adrenal function...and if we get up to pee in the middle of the night, it resets the clock to zero minutes rest!

Guys have two choices, reduce fluid intake a few hours b4 bed, or get a chamber pot and use it while laying in bed...no resetting of the clock!

Ladies, have to reduce fluids...and if you watch the clock in conjunction with fluid intake you'll know what hour prior to bed you can no longer take fluids.

Anyways, that's the story I bought into...:) But don't believe me, verify it for yourself.

that's so interesting about not interrupting sleep for at least 5 hours.
I wish I would stay sleeping for that long, but I am very careful with water intake.
What wakes me up is the medication I still have to take unfortunately, prednisone for the autoimmune condition I have.
But!!! I am decreasing it slowly, hoping that my adrenals will wake up eventually.

Thank you for sharing this very important information. The adrenals are so vital for our health.

if people are reading this and don't have access to MMS, then starting off with Sea-salt is a good way to begin I believe for lung conditions. Sea salt is so easy to get hold of in most supermarkets and very easy to take throughout the day.

Can you take the sea-salt water when you are taking MMS1 & 2?

One way to do it is to inhale the fumes from sea salt - or himalayan salt. I put mine in a toddler cup, drill a small hole at the top on the side (for air to get in), and then inhale through the little mouth piece. That way you get the healing fumes in the lungs -

Hello Eviner,

As usual I have not been keeping up with my emails.

I work most days on 12 hour shifts so plus traveling it is about 14 hours a day not leaving too much time to catch up on things.

I wanted to ask you what is CDS?
My Asthma is not as bad as some other good people, but it would be nice to get rid of the inhalers altogether.

Now I make up my dose of MMs with Red Grape juice in the morning and try and drink it throughout the day at 1 hour intervals.

I;m so glad I started this thread and grateful to everyone for sharing their experiences and helping all of us to cure our Asthma problem.

I will have to look for one more thread on curing Kidney Stones, then I will hopefully be 100% fit for retirement at the end of the year:silly:

Thanks Pam for your post and recommending sea salt, I have never tried that, but will now give it a go.

I only use Maldon's sea salt which has great flavour, so won't have to go out and buy it.

Regards.

John
