LOL, I just kept doing it - as JH says, do until well. I'm guessing he meant that most people would be well EARLIER than 3 weeks, but I wanted blood sugar issues dealt with, which is longer than 3 weeks.

:) well I kept at the 3 drop per hour dose from the beginning of December through January and once I did not have a herx reaction for about a week from the 3 drop per hour dose. I stopped taking it thinking that my body just needed to clear out the mucus etc. Then I went back on after I started to feel ill again. I must admit it takes some resolve to start again as I still have an aversion to the taste. *sigh* I guess I just need to bite the bullet and start again. Will it hurt me to do 6 drops an hour for 8 hours a day. I should probably start protocol 2000, but that really takes some dedication :) I am also a stay at home dad for a 3 month old baby girl and a 2 year old so I am usually fairly busy. Can I take the mms2 with the mms1 at the same time? As I understood from reading I am supposed to take the mms2 at the half hour? All of that timing seems to escape me when the babies need attention.

I was really optimistic when I started the baths as I got a surge of energy and the that seems to have disappeared within the same day and now it doesn't happen. What might cause something like that?

Did you blood sugar issues clear up? Did you have to change your diet? This is also something I am considering however this will be a real challenge as eating organic foods is substantially more expensive etc. I dont really want to sound lazy or whatnot I am just curious and I have about a thousand questions lol sorry :)

Yeah, I have major sinus reactions to the 3 drops an hour - no problem with the CDS, but MMS is an issue for me. With CDS I can do a 6 drop an hour equivalent with no problem. Have you watched Jim Humbls's latest video on this? How to make a day's dose?

Blood sugar is not something I test at home - not officially diagnosed with diabetes, although up until 4 years ago, I watched the tests creep up there. Then I stopped testing, LOL. I anticipate I'll have more bloodwork done next month (really need to, since I've had stomach surgery) -

I so totally understand getting caught up in day to day stuff.

Hi enigma, I am happy to find this thread this is why I came to the forum, I have had sinus problems all my life I went to a D O doctor he is a really good doctor {I kinda took myself out of the US medical system I refuse to support this corrupt system} and he told me this sinus problem was a fungus problem, he put me on an antibiotic antifungal nose spray, of course the insurance would not pay for it I guess they were afraid it would actually work and it did I did it for 6 months and it cost me 105.00 dollars a pop but he told me to never let a doctor give me another steroid spray. This sinus problem was pretty bad every year I would get really sick cold or flu, after I finished the nose spray a year and a half or so the symptoms started coming back but not as bad so I tried the MMS and I put it in my nose with a netti pot and man did it ever burn I think it was to strong and I could not breath good for a week after that but it cleared it back up I tried the breathing treatments with MMS and they work to but I have to be careful I have a heart problem and it effects my breathing but anyway back to the sinus problem, I think my sinus problem is a symptom of another problem I am beginning to suspect that I have an intolerance to gluten wish I would have figured this out when I was younger. I have not had a cold or flu since I started this, MMS is some great stuff I brush my teeth with it regularly and I don't go to the dentist anymore thank you Jim Humble for choosing the path you chose to educate the people about MMS instead of getting rich from it. But anyway enigma I hope you solve all your health problems and have a happy life.

Jim explains this in his book on page 194.
He suggests using large garbage bags. Attach them together in order to make a bag large enough to accommodate your body.
Set a small stool inside the bag carefully and then sit on the stool and carefully pull the bag up to waist high. On a nearby table have your mms and citric acid. At this point activate 4 drops of each together to start. Carefully set the bowl into the bottom of the bag and pull the remainder of the bag up around your neck and hold it closely so as not to allow the gas to escape.
Time this and stay in the bag for only 10 minutes. You can work your way up to 40 drops but do not start with 40. Go slowly and do not make yourself sicker.
The bag protocol can be carried out while on the other protocols as well.
Again, go slow and do not make yourself sicker.
Make sure that when you attach the two bags together you do so securely so as not to allow the gas to escape.
If you wear clothes they could be ruined and this would also stop some of the mms from encasing your body.

Hope this helps.

Also, Michael has a post on this, and he has a photo or so which might help.
