Could you further explain "won't work" in regards to syringe needles used with CDI?

I have yet to produce CDI (waiting for Andreas's book as drgreen has mysteriously vanished from the forum), but I will be. drgreen's experience with CDI would seem to indicate that injection is far more effective than oral ingestion.

I would also like to say that I'm very appreciative of your documentation of your investigative work. You're clear and concise, making repeat-ability very easily understood. I learn lots from your posts - thanks

vector Offline Premium Member Life Is Good Posts: 123 Thank you received: 15	OK THEN....3.7 grams of SC & CA in 3 tsp of DW run into a 300ml receiver run twice = 1000ppm What went wrong? 25 drops of solution with 250 drops of DW for a 1 to 10 ratio... unless something is VERY wrong this should be 6000ppm! What if I went 1 drop to 10 drops...would that work instead of all the counting of drops and errors??? help please

The only glaring difference is the air pump WAS NOT on the lowest setting
The was no hard gas smell but I was wearing a 3M mask.
The reactor solution was a dark brown color starting...light yellow when finished
Distilled water was used in all areas.
The finished solution color is almost a dark yellow.

Counting those drops gets old....will a ppm test with just 1 drop solution to 10 drops DW work with the test as it is still a 1 to 10 ratio(or any 1-10 ratio)?

I guess I will run it again with the pump on low. So you think the gas is just blowing out and not taking? I know color is subjective, but the dark yellow should mean something....or not.

pam Offline Platinum Boarder Posts: 4593 Thank you received: 3703	Vector, do you not have a 1mL or 3mL syringe? I get mine at the farm and pet store - find I can measure a lot easier that way. Just remember to keep them separate - ie, CA separate from MMS1, and a final MMS syringe, and a CDS syringe. (so, I have 4, for obvious reasons - but I also dose my cats) -

pam Offline Platinum Boarder Posts: 4593 Thank you received: 3703	LOTS easier to measure in ml's - just remember that 24 drops = 1mL - so if you're doing the older 1:5, it will mean adjusting the activator.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
