Hi Mabuk. I have found that MMS1 and CDS both give me a "boost" of energy that linger for 2 and 3 hours. Therefore, I suggest you stop taking your daly dosies 3 hours before bedtime. Zolpidem is a type of Benzodiacepine that shares the same long term side effects as Valium, Lorazepam, Clonazepam, and all the other Benzodiacepines. It robs you of your brain, basically. Takes away your memory, your concentration, and your atytention, and plays havoc with your reflexes. (That's why they warn you not to operate an automobile or heavy machinery). May I suggest 3mg. of MELATONINE Whis is a natural hortmone and very good antioxidant. Also some Hypnosis tapes you can listen you to relax and go to sleep. Hope this is of some help to you. A glass of warm milk (rich in Tryptophan), with Honey, and maybe some Chammomille Tea will help also. Good Luck with your slleepiing!

Tantraleon Offline Junior Member Posts: 25 Thank you received: 18	I find that taking 30 drops of CDS twice daily, as maintenance, let's me go through winter without a cold or flu. Watch out not to take Vit C or Orange Juice anytime close to taking the CDS. Remember that the gas Chloral Dioxide only lasts about 2 hours in the body. I guess it's OK to have the Orange Juice after that. Does anybody know?

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
