In order to make it easier for patients, I wonder if you can do the following conversion:

1/8 tsp =? Caps size 0

In this way could provide people of baking soda capsules already prepared. In South America it is difficult to get measuring spoons.

"000" holds approximately 1/2 tsp. "00" holds approximately 1/4 tsp. "0" holds approximately 1/8 tsp.

I have a small 30 cap encapsultor for filling my caps. I use a multi rammer twice in the process to PACK the powder or herb down
into the capsule. So now what . Is this "loose" baking soda in the cap. The longer part of the cap filled loosely or packed. It will make a difference to volume in a capsule.

woofy, I think the only way to be sure is to empty a capsule made by you out and measure how much it fills the measuring spoon or weights on the scale or measure your liquid mixture ready to drink's PH. That's if exact is what you are after that is.

Hi There,
A bit confused about spraying CDS on to skin.
If I use CDS with DMSO & apply to the skin.
Would this not replace an oral dose? Or do I have
this all wrong. Same question if I used MMS1 with DMSO.
What about it in a bath.
Thank for any guidance.

I would use these supplemental to your oral dose. With the oral dose you're getting a known amount of MMS1 or CDS into the body, working on issues "from the inside" - these (bath and spray) are good for getting additional mms in, and also targeting it to something on an area on the outside of the body - like your skin - about the only time I'd use these without additional MMS is if you have a very local issue - like a cut or an insect bite.

Dear gold boarder,
l like your comment about slowing down with all the new hype. If you have questions, you could always experiment on yourself to see what happens. As adults, some of us do not mind using ourselves as lab rats. We have a naturally curious nature, and do not trouble ourselves with more than the basics needed to get results. What we don't say is that we are trying different amounts all by ourselves. Like the man who made the 25,000 ppm to treat a poisonous spider bite, altho he did have a chemical background. l was using 1/4 cup mms and 3/4 cup citric acid to make the solution for a bath that kills mites. It was very healing also, but required a fast fan blowing. This was back when only 18 drops were recommended internally at max dose. By the way- the taste of mms made me puke immediately after taking it a few months, so l tried to swallow it faster, but it would come up just as fast. Thank you for keeping the focus on the one important factor- mms works.

I'm a total Newbie. I bought both MMS and CDS. After reading many, many posts about the allergic reaction to Citric Acid I am really afraid to take it since I have been allergic to it in the past.

I want to try the CDS )same as as a 3 drop MMS protocol) to start if that is appropriate. Do i actually use 3 drops of CDS or do we know yet? Am I right in thinking I would use 3 drops of CDS to 4oz Distilled Water, wait 20 seconds and take it?

Lyndee. CDS is usually measured in CCs or mLs and it's based on how many parts per million the mix has. Usually the vendor will tell you either what the ppms are, or the dose equivalent. We're in the process of getting CDS that is purchased standardized at 3000ppm/L (that's parts per million per litre) - if you have a 3000 ppm/L mixture, your measure would be 1mL (one mililiter) equal to 3 drops of regular mms).

Do you know what your ppm is? If not, did they recommend a dose? I measure my mL dosing with either an oral syringe or a regular 3mL injection syringe without the needle.

Oh - I really also should say that CDS can be measured in drops if you consider that 25 drops equals 1mL - If you need help figure out how to dose, or if I've not been clear enough, let me know. It's really easy when you get in the swing of it, but seems a bit complex in the beginning.
