Ray - you are absolutely correct.

My confusion arose in forgetting that new folks have to get their mind around our definition of "activated drops". ( this came to me as I was doing the "chores" in the barn. It's amazing how shovelling manure can help you think)

Once MMS is activated the drop count is only of the sodium chlorite.

Hense an activated MMS drop can be:

1 drop of MMS + 1 drop of 50% citric acid

but it can also be:

1 drop of MMS + 5 drops of 10% citric acid

Obviously the volume (drop count) is completely different - but it's called 1 activated drop

Great Forum (My first post), I unfortunately can't stand the taste of any of choices, so I activate my MMS and fill "0" size capsules and take. Ultimately, because I put in capsules I don't deal with taste at all.

I found at Walmart a Concord grape juice from welch's called farmers pick. The label says 100percent juice no vitamin c no vitamin a nothing artificial and no preservatives either and no sugar all natural. I haven't tried it but might be worth looking into.

Here in the United States, I've found an excellent (Welch's Grape-Style and tasting) juice with no added Vitamin C or Ascorbic Acid. I usually find it in the "Ethnic, Kosher and/or International Foods" Aisles of Grocery Stores, (Pulbix, Kroger, WalMart, Sam's Club, etc.)

It's called KEDEM Grape Juice - (From Concord Grapes).

It's a heavy flavored Concord Grape Taste, like Welch's, and is therefore excellent in 'masking' the MMS flavor...

Is this juice organic? Grapes are heavily sprayed with toxic chemicals.
I found the following juices free of Vit. C:
R.W. Knudsen organic Prune juice and organic Just Tart Cherry.

I'm now taking my 6-drop maintenance dose in unsweetened vanilla almond milk. It completely hides the MMS taste. For a treat I sometimes add a dash of stevia.

Hate to burst your bubble but Almonds are high in antioxidants. Here's is one link on the subject:

Thanks but I'm not too concerned because I'm sure a little almond milk has much fewer antioxidants than any of the juices being talked about in this thread and Jim says any juice is okay if it doesn't have added vit C.

www.webmd.com/food-recipes/20-common-foods-most-antioxidants is a table showing foods high in antioxidants and their score. Pecans, walnuts, and hazelnuts ranked highest in the nut category and they have about the same antioxidant level as potatoes.
