I already lead a pretty healthy life style. I do lots of exercise, I don´t drink, don´t smoke, and try to eat as naturally as I can, so thank God even though my CD4 was really low, I had no symptoms at all. And even better, my girlfriend´s CD4 was great, so there was no need for her to start on ARVs.

So, David, do you believe it´s OK for me to take Spirulina even BEFORE mms2? If you think it is, then I could double the dose of spirulina, taking one dose in the morning and one before bed time. Also, do you have any news on the Black Seed? How´s that working for you? Are you combining MMS with Black Seed?

Sami, please let me know how the Oil works for you.

I´ll be also sharing my progress with everyone here.

By the way, has anyone hear of REVIVO TEA??? If so, what are your thoughts on it?

i orderd the black seeds and hope to get them soon sure i let know if i feel better.
one thing that also helped me was japenese nashrums in capsules.when i only started them i felt very strong when taking them now the effect is not like before but i take them before sport activity.
by the way someone who know megic jhonson the basketball player told me that he is much stronger today than when he got hiv about 25 years ago.

ZnzMagic Topic Author Visitor	Again try your mail market in Harare, there must be a string of traditional medicine shops closeby selling all kinds of heath products to all traditional healers, they would surely Habbat Sowda/Kolanji oil, powder and seeds, olive oil and other good herbs and spices. Might not be a bad idea for frequent flyers to get ahold of this - at least in the west. Most people know by now that the body scanners in our airports damage DNA, separating the two strands.
A damaged cell is vulnerable to bacteria and viruses....infection and transfection - just like a cracked eggshell means pathogens can enter the egg.
If black seed oil causes apoptosis, as it is said to do, then it follows the cells with compromised DNA could simply destroy themselves if they were damaged by the body scanners.
The alternative to destruction would be vulnerability to cancer-causing viruses invading the cell, etc.

Any thoughts on how to get Blackseeds/Kalonji Oil in Brazil???

I found some international vendors who would ship to Brazil....however, I'm pretty sure Brazil's FDA (which, believe me, is almost as evil as the american FDA) would hold the product at customs. A couple of months ago I simply bought EMPTY gelatin capsules for MMS2 and I had a lot of trouble to clear them with customs. Unbelievable.

Anyway, if anyone has any info on that, please let me know.

Also, a little while ago I asked if someone here had hear of a herb tea sold in South Africa known as "Revivo tea".... I was planning on getting some of that, but would love to hear more thoughts on it.

Great news! I finally found Black Seeds (Nigela) in Brazil!!! Can´t wait to try them....

However, I have one quick question: I bcould only find the SEEDS, but not the oil, and most of what I read here uses the oil form...

David, any suggestions on how to prepare the SEEDS? (by the way, condition here is HIV... wanted to mention since I saw there´s a different way to take depending on the condition).

Important: I´m also on protocol 4000 (mms2)
