At this point it's ridiculous. Are you seriously making an argument that anatomy and physiology have nothing to do with herbivores? Do you think lions can just eat grass? I have heard this from vegans before but human babies have been starved to death by their parents feeding them a vegan diet, same for dogs, cats, etc... I understand reading comprehension can be a bit difficult at times, especially when one openly states they have a memory problem, so I suggest you reread what I wrote.

That 100 year old science, actually closer to 150 years, HAS NEVER BEEN DISPROVED! It stands today and still is the basis of nutritional science (the originator of the discovery just might be credited with starting the entire field). There is no carbohydrate requirement for humans. None, zilch, nada. There is no way we are herbivores. If you don't want to listen to anatomy or physiology, how can you ignore our nutritional requirements? We do not need to consume carbohydrates, which includes all plants, ever. Just because we can, doesn't mean we should. As I have previously stated, in a starvation situation we can consume carbohydrates to give us a boost in energy to increase our chance of obtaining a nutrient dense source of food...i.e. - protein and saturated fat (both are essential for humans).

Africa being the point of origin for humans is not disputed, by anyone, anywhere. There is no new science. I didn't say it was only restricted to Africa, go read it again. Since modern day Africa is our point of origin it's the bulk of the paleo archeological study of HUMANS!

The nit picking, false technicality interpretation, and/or attempt to purposely misconstrue what I say isn't an honest discussion. You should, at minimum, eat some eggs and start taking nattokinase and/or N-acetyl cysteine (NAC).

You seriously do not know what you are talking about, almost across the board.
You are insufficiently knowledgeable and aware, and too ignorant here and there.
You try to talk "science", but you obviously know almost nothing about science.
(and BELIEVE some pseudo-scientific and extremely unscientific things)

It's like trying to have an intelligent discussion with someone who just isn't able to
adequately comprehend the subject matter and has no real basis of knowledge
to communicate properly.

I don't mean to be mean, but it is what it is.

It's like that meme: Debating some people is like trying to debate a monkey.
No matter how factual, truthful, researched, or rational your argument is,
the Monkey will just throw crap at everyone and strut about like he won.

That's a bit harsh, but it makes my point.

Talk about throwing pearls before swine.

You are, unfortunately, a waste of time.

You debate nothing, you just say I'm wrong with nothing to back your claim. I've told you many times before, I've been in the science for decades. I spend my time in the repositories reading the studies. Instead of taking a journalist's opinion, I always go to the source. You would be surprised how many studies are improperly designed and/or implemented, eventually leading to a retraction, but in the interim the conclusion (or opinion) is spread as truth (even in medical journals!). The vast majority of dietary conclusions are based on observational data which has been proven to be less than reliable. Covid-19 should be another shining example of the problems within the science. I take the time to dig to the bottom, weed all of the unfortunate garbage out, to find the facts. You could do the same and I expect you to be just as appalled as I was the first time I undertook the task.
