Important! It has been found that palm sugar, because it is fairly high in antioxidants, almost completely neutralizes the mms and therefore you should NOT use palm sugar with mms.

I apologize if anyone used palm sugar on my recommendation and therefore had poor results. I'm going to be getting some test strips soon (they are very difficult to get here in Indonesia) and that way I won't make the same mistake.

If you wish to use a sugar - almost any sugar is lower in antioxidants. Also, you could use the OKF Aloe King aloe drinks in pomegranate, kiwi, original or pineapple.

Yeah, I just discovered that drink here in Indonesia. I had been looking for it in the store but couldn't find it. Then today, I noticed a can on my desk which my wife had placed there - I turned it around so I could see the label and... it was the OKF Aloe King drink! It has been right under my nose for about a week!

Anyway, I read the ingredient label and it even has citric acid in it but no vitamin C. Looks like it would go with MMS great. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

I have been using your fridge method now for two weeks. The first week I followed your recipe using citirc acid, the 2nd week I used lemon juice. Although I have no teststrips to check concentration I think both are equal. I manage to take the eight lots of 3dr. of MMS equivalent per day. I experience slight nauseousness which disappears as soon as I have had somethin g to eat. The nauseousness is so slight that it is not a problem. Like with taking the MMS as described by Jim I always get a hot flush about 10 minutes after taking my dose. I see that as a healthy sign of its effectiveness. I have difficulty getting 150 ml bottles. am hunting for them all the time. The lid of the bottle I have used has gone rusty. I have still used it for lack of anything better. I will keep you informed of further developments.

Thanks for updating us. I'm curious about how you felt in your first week, using citric acid, compared to the second week with the lemon juice. Did you feel the slight nausea both weeks? If so, was one week less nauseating than the other? Also, is this method easier on your stomach than taking MMS the previous way of activating it for only 20 to 30 seconds (or also, in your case with the lemon juice, I believe you said you were allowing it to activate for 5 minutes - so is there less nausea with this 7 Day Fridge Method, then when you activated the MMS with lemon juice for 5 minutes?). And lastly, is this way of taking MMS helping you with your health? In other words, we're trying to figure out if this method is as effective against disease as when MMS is only activated for 20 to 30 seconds (or in your case with the lemons - 5 minutes).

Hi everyone,

Thanks to JB13'S testing, we now know that if you make this New 7 Day Fridge MMS according to the directions, you will end up with a solution which is about 3000 ppm (it actually came out to be 3400 ppm to be precise). Therefore, if you want to follow the equivalent of Protocol 1000's 3 drops per hour, you would take 1ml of this to be just a tiny bit over the 3 drops of MMSA per hour. So the 140 ml bottle of solution, would then last more than twice as long or about 17 days.

Of course, because this method does seem to be easier on the stomach than the regular Protocol 1000 method, you may want to increase your dose as needed for your health concern. Just keep in mind that each ml equals 3 drops, similar to CDS at 3000 ppm.

I personally think that this method is probably better than CDS for most conditions because besides containing CLO2, it should also contain CHLOROUS ACID which also breaks down into HYPOCLOROUS ACID - which is what our bodies generate to fight pathogens already.

About them lemons... I was reading the other day that because lemons have so much less acidity than citric acid, you really should be doing about 16 drops for every 1 drop of MMSU. However, I also read that HYPOCHLOROUS ACID needs more acidity to keep from converting to something else less desirable, so I'm thinking that it would best to go to 20 drops of lemon juice for every 1 drop of MMSU. Also, I think that because you are using lemon juice instead of CA, it would be even more important to keep the 7 Day Fridge Mix very cold until you actually make your dose.

So now, if you do increase the drops as I'm suggesting, you would need to decrease the 123 ml of water accordingly, okay? Because that's going to be a lot of lemon juice which is mainly water itself.

Here's where I found that info - look for the red box on the page to see where he talks about bottled lemon juice being twice as strong as the actual juice of the lemon - so you would have to double his bottled lemon juice drops to be equivalent:

Hi again Marianne,

I just did the math on all of those lemon drops and since I'm recommending a 20:1 ratio of lemon juice to MMSU, that comes out to be 8.5 ml x 20 = 170 ml !!!! That won't work. So I guess what you have to do is just use 8.5 ml of MMSU and 131.5 ml of lemon juice - and NO WATER. The water is already in the lemon juice. This will be just about 15 drops of fresh squeezed lemon juice (not bottled or from concentrate) for every one drop of MMSU.
