Sofi, Arrow is talking about using CDS rather than MMS1, not MMS2. Protocol 2000 uses both MMS1 and MMS2 - Jim Humble posits that the active ingredient in MMS1 is chlorine dioxide, which is a gas. When you make MMS, you combine 2 ingredients to produce the gas, add water, and drink. It also has a few other things in it - like citric acid and some salts. Some people have issues with the citric acid. CDS is chlorine dioxide solution. There you've created the gas in a separate container, and captured it alone in water. This doesn't have the citric acid, hypochlorous acid, or other salts. CDS is easier to take because the taste is not nearly as strong and it doesn't seem to generate the stomach reaction that some people have.
