I am pretty sure this is the same people I bought a one pound kit from last year. Very quick shipping, especially since I'm at Québec.

I think their prices are plenty reasonable.

I am trying to reach them because I seem to have lost my instruction page for mixing the powders. I think I sent the e-mail to their wrong address over the weekend, so I'll try calling them today to see if they can e-mail me a new page.

The best mixing instructions (that I have found) Is from Steve.

www.keavyscorner.com/How-to-make-MMS-s/2089.htm

They are for mixing by weight - not by volume - which Stanley's are and that's not an accurate method. Buy a .1 gram scale - they are not expensive - I got a .01 gram scale for ~ $65.00

Ok, I feel better now. When I checked out it didn't say how much shipping would be internationally. In fact it just had a pull down selector that said FREE. I guess I need to call them from Japan since their CS is total crud. Haven't received any type of communication regarding the shipping especially any questions they might have since I asked them to ship to Japan. Only an automated email when you check out. I'll wait a couple more days and see what happens.

Well, if it's the same company I bought my SC, you better be pacient, because they are really not good in emails answers. But I did receive my SC...it took two month. Good luck.

WTF?! Are you sure? Sounds about right with these guys. I STILL haven't heard a peep from them! I think I'm about to do a Visa chargeback. Not a very good sign that JH is on board with these guys. Hope I am proven wrong.

Good news! Worries unfounded (somewhat). Got a shipped email this morning. FREE to Japan as I suspected which is nice. Included a tracking number from Canada Post too so I'll watch out for it. Japan cistoms has been holding shipments from my family containing things that look like potential drugs for longer than average times. Green tea leaves, pills etc. They get through but I have waited up to 1.5 months for simple teas before. So hopefully the MMS won't have any problems.

If only these guys knew what customer service was they they might actually be able to increase their sales considerably. Maybe they just don't care or figure they don't have to concern themselves with customer service since they don't have any competition.

Oh well, at least I got free shipping to Japan. I imagine it must have cost a lot to ship to Japan. It wouldn't surprise me to see a web site update concerning intl shipping rates. I don't think they expected someone from Japan to order anything therefore all shipping rates on the site were quoted as FREE. We'll see. If they keep intl shipping free then I guess that makes up for their non customer service :)

Ironic?Coincidental thing is as I am posting this right now, one of my shipments from my mum just arrived. It took a month! Funny thing is customs didn't open it. Guess their customs clearing is getting really slow these days. Grrr. One of the drawbacks of living overseas.

Chinito also lives overseas, so that may have been part of the problem. It is always easier if the emails flow, though, when there are questions. Congrats, sushi.

Yes, there are 2 unanswered emails that I sent to you, Stanley, some time ago from the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. email. There were a number of zoray emails, as I recall.

Steve, I think Stanley needs to see that he's either not getting emails or is not responding. Just removing the thread will not answer. If the problem is in his software on his end, he needs to know. Please leave it up until he indicates he has seen it, since emailing him with the information does not tell us he has gotten the email.
