We drink extra water. but continue to burp it and get a burning sensation. Does this go away after awhile. We starting with small doses. any comments are appreciated Thks

Offline Premium Member Posts: 108 Thank you received: 34	if ur taking the mms2 pro78, you can take a whole capsule. i take 5 capsules a day, and may have a very slight nausea feeling, but it goes away as soon as i eat a peice of bread, or a grilled chicken breast. i also drink a little more water to complete the activation. the original mms 2 capsules may be a little stronger on the stomach, but the new mms pro isn't that bad at all.

pam Offline Platinum Boarder Posts: 4593 Thank you received: 3702	Matt, I'm not sure what "small doses" actually entails... Are you drinking water before and water with/after? Like 2 glasses. Did you start with 1 little bitty granule, then go to 2 after a day or so, then to 3, never getting more than a half a size 0 capsule?

How do we get around burping/heartburn symptoms? or is it just us that have this happen and maybe it will improve as we improve? Hard to take when it burns each time. Yes we drink lots of water before after and 5-10 min after taking it Thanks for your replies

Matt - someone else is going to have to jump in - the people that I have known who started with one little granule of MMS2, and worked their way up, one granule at a time drinking a glass of water before and a glass of water with, until they reached 1/2 a size 0 capsule, max, did not have heartburn.

I have had reports of belching - which improved over time. But maybe there is something someone else has come up with that will help.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
