I did not know if she used a tampon loaded with the oil and then the douche and if so, how much and how often. This is what I was wondering. I want to have everything in place prior to starting because the warning about the activator being too much is on my mind. I don;t want to cause more harm than good.

pam Offline Platinum Boarder Posts: 4593 Thank you received: 3703	You can use CDS at that rate - I have used CDS at 12000ppm (yes, twelve thousand) - on an injury. 30ppm should be fine. The DMSO is to force it through the skin deeper into the tissues. I would think 30ppm would be most useful on something like an open sore or allergy. it will be slighly acidic, so it might "smart" or burn for a short time.
