YES!! ... by all means Judy !!

When doing a fast, one needs to keep "flushing" your system of toxins that are continually being discharged from your organs and muscles, etc.....

(one thing though ... try not to drink much water past 6pm, and you want your system (water works) to take a rest and heal at night, so it can be strong from the next days cleansing .... you don't want the kidney's working 24/7, as they need rest, and time to recuperate.)
