I am one of those that has intestinal issues with MMS. When I first began, I tried the one drop dosage and was wiped out for 2 days - severe vomiting and diarhea. I gave myself a week to clear up and began again. Tried the 1/2 drop with same bad results. So I decided to take it really slow. I added 2 activated drops to 32 oz of water (8 doses) for 3 days. Had some minor cleanout but not a problem. I then went to 4 drops for 3 days with good results. 6 drops for 3 days with good results. I am now up to 12 drops in 32 oz of water. I figure 62 years has built up a lot of garbage that simply takes time to cleanup. Going to take a while to reach the 3 drop dose but is much easier on the system. Eating and knowing what to eat during dosing is an issue with me. Found out the hard way that my beloved peanut butter is not a compatible food choice!

Thank you for this feedback Ron! Very valuable to other people too. I have a friend who's 80 year old mother who seemed to be in good health could take 1 drop okay, but when she took 2 drops she had vomiting and diarrhea both. Jim is very clear that this is to be avoided. Some people just have to go much slower and mixing a few drops into a quart of water is a great way to do it.
