The maintenance protocol is 4-6 drops a day, if you are over the age of 50, I believe. And if you are under the age of 50, it is 4 drops 2x a week. - from Jim's book
• Maintenance -- Older people (over 60) use 4 to 6 drops a day. Younger people use 4 drops twice a week
I either emailed or PMd Mark when CDS came out, because I wondered if they would shift the maintenance protocol - to maybe 3 drops at 2 different intervals in the course of the day, since the 1000 protocol is for 3 drops at a whack - but he emailed me back and said, no,it was still 6 drops at one time.
I can think of several things - Has there been any shift in product? New vendor? Could the vendor have changed to a new or different form of CS, or if you're making it, a new distributor for a part of it - like the citric acid?
Some people can get sensitive to the citric acid. What are you using to activate your solution? There may be some other options available for you - if you purchase from Keavey's Corner, you can call and talk to Steve.
Andreas thinks that the diarrhea is caused by a residual sodium citrate.
So, I'm afraid no answer here, but some alternatives. I'm going to be playing around with Andreas' acidified citric acid at 33% with the longer activation period in the next week or so. And will see how that goes. You can PM me with private messages, if you wamt any additional information.
