I'm new to the world of MMS, but I'm sure I've seen in a video, Jim clearly saying that MMS is not a nutrient supplement, and that when it starts to do its work of killing off any pathogens, etc, the body's requirement for nutrients may well increase. And this makes perfect sense to me.

Bone broths are a potential source of many nutrients, and are said to be good for many things, including the nails.
