Hi Carlos,
Yes you want to follow Jim's protocol and add the citric acid activator to the MMS1 drops and let it activate before you add any water.
I know the MMS1 on hourly dosing works very well for urinary infections. I have a friend who is paralyzed and has to use a catheter and had urinary tract infections all the time till he started using MMS1 protocol 1000. We are not getting reports of any problems taking it with antibiotics too.

Here is the report my friend posted in an MMS group:
I suffered a spinal injury in May of 1973. I was paralyzed from the waist down for 4 days. Surgery on the fourth day relieved the pressure on the spinal cord at L4-L5. I was vertical and walking soon thereafter. However there was significant nerve root damage at L4-L5. Since May of 1973 I have had to catheterize myself one to three times daily in order to completely void the bladder. A bladder that is not voided is a breeding ground for pathogens. When I would contract a urinary tract infection from catheterization I would have to take antibiotics to kill the pathogens. In this 37 year time frame I have had over one hundred urinary tract infections. Needless to say my body has developed a resistance to more than one strain of antibiotics.
Three weeks ago after a urine test by a AMA approved hospital laboratory I discovered that I had another urinary tract infection. My local physician in his wisdom prescribed another round of antibiotics.
I was intrigued by the results of others on the Internet when using the MMS protocol. So I decided to try it. I followed the new protocol of three drops of activated MMS every hour. On the ninth day of this protocol.......another urine test by the same laboratory........No pathogens in the urine........
No pathogens in the urine.
There are thousands of cases of wheelchair bound victims of spinal cord injuries similar to mine who have succumbed to bowel and bladder problems. Now thanks due to Jim Humbles' discovery and his efforts over the years there is hope for these folks.
