Excellent report below was posted on another group; note especially the baths helped with nausea:

To All,

I've been using activated MMS in bath water once a day for a month and have seen positive results.
1) My skin looks better - age spots are decreasing
2) No more shingles
3) Feeling all around better - more energy, etc
4) I can now tolerate the oral drops with out feeling nauseous

Also, try transdermal magnesium from Ancient Minerals and you will really feel good!!!!

Good Health to Everyone!!!!
Blessings,
Linda

Another MMS bath testimonial came up on a group, notes improved skin and reduction in pain:

Hi everyone, just wanted to share my experience with MMS baths. I have no major health concerns, my brother does have cancer , so the other members of our family have been experimenting with MMS to convince him of its uses. I started 3 weeks ago taking MMS baths. 15 drops first time, 20 drops second time, and 25 drops since then . Bath taken almost everyday, One day skipped MMS and took bath with soap. Approximately on the 4th bath day I realized my skin had gotten very soft and felt very clean. I had been using olive oil on my heels/ feet to prevent dryness (which works great ) but I have not used it since. The day I used soap, I felt I had a film on my skin. I did not like that feeling. My skin is so soft now and feels silkey. I feel my toenails and fingernails are not so dry and brittle. I am watching several moles to see if they disappear. When I use cleaners to clean house it is not affecting my hands like before, they remain soft, if MMS was bleach, I would be dried up like a prune! Also , I have a bad knee , that I have twisted many times and that has stopped hurting, and a hip that I bruised 30 years ago that flares up now and then, The MMS is easing the pain when it flares up. I do think the MMS does bring "things" up to the surface of the skin , as once in awhile I notice tiny pimples, and then the next day they are gone. I think MMS would be good for teenagers with acne. Also , I have not been taking MMS1 orally with the baths. Only doing that once in awhile. I am very glad we discovered MMS.

Have been using baths for almost a month now, up to 40 drops per bath, also noticed little pimples on my skin in small areas, like dirt being drawn to the outside of my skin and body, as a matter of fact I think my bald head might still have some hope, a small change of hair growth has been noticed and I intend to start spraying my head to see if MMS can be used for baldness and I recommend for almost all conditions baths to be administered as early as possible to cut any nausea symptoms down, but especially for the MMS to deal with an all skin problems and conditions on the outside of your body whilst MMS taken orally can deal with internal problems more effective as conditions on the body are already being seen too.

Once nausea has been taken care of, MMS can be taken orally about 30 minutes before going for your MMS bath so that its healing effect can be experience as fast as possible.

Always come out of the baths energized.

Also highly recommend brushing teeth of course and gargling MMS in the mouth, great white strong teeth and gums are guaranteed...

Here is a testimonial posted by someone about an MMS2 bath:

The 78% calcium hypochlorite is strong! I soaked in hot water with it mixed in and it reversed a rash that I have had for a long time and could not get rid of.

MMS2 Bath cleared athlete's foot flareup (testimonial posted by someone in an MMS group)

I did the MMS2 soak/bath a few weeks ago. I used, roughly, less than half a cup in a normal size tub. I made sure the water was warm. I had planned on staying in the tub for at least an hour. I couldn't: I became so itchy, I couldn't handle more than forty minutes. Actually it was between forty and forty-five minutes.

I'm used to taking H2O2 soaks (35% food grade), and I thought it would be the same, it wasn't. After the MMS2 soak, I remained itchy for a couple of days. I showered right after the soak (something I never did with the H2O2).

So, you may ask, what were the benefits of doing the soak? At the time, I had a minor athlete foot flare-up, and it cleared. It has since returned. I really didn't expect that lone soak to cure my athlete's foot. But hey, it did what it did at the time. Also, my skin felt really smooth. That was really odd, because I was still itchy.

If and when you take a soak, try to keep the water away from your eyes. Unlike being able to submerg my head during an H2O2 soak, there was no way, I was going to attempt that with the MMS2 soak. Super sting!

I may have used too much MMS2 for my soak, so the next time, I will use less.

I hope this helped.

A person with Lyme sores on their back asked me about whether to use MMS1 or 2 and what would be best for an economical bath. Here is my reply:

In answering this, I'll also try to answer your question in the other post about the most economical way to use an MMS bath for your condition.

For skin sores you can use baths and sprays of MMS1 and MMS2. MMS1 baths and sprays are recommended by Jim Humble because there is a lot of experience behind them. In fact Healinghope has posted on this group that MMS1 baths according to Jim's protocol (jimhumble.biz/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=21&Itemid=41) helped her a great deal in overcoming Lyme and were very beneficial for her skin. Jim's MMS1 bath doses are pretty low but are a good place to start so you can see how you react, however some people have gone up to as much as 2 teaspoons of activated MMS1 in a bath. There is no protocol for using MMS1 powder/flakes in a bath; Jim's protocol uses the MMS1 liquid activated the same as for oral doses.

Jim has various protocols for spraying MMS1 on the skin, one is called protocol 3000 (jimhumble.biz/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=41&Itemid=67) and uses DMSO applied on top of the activated MMS1 to help it go into the skin. You could try the MMS1 sprays activated and unactivated at various strengths and possibly with DMSO and see what works for you.

MMS2 baths and sprays have not been recommended by Jim yet because they are still experimental, but there are some very promising results we have accumulated so far. We have an excellent discussion of MMS2 applied to skin conditions here genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=8&id=3014&Itemid=66. MMS2 would be very good for open sores because it is a proven wound healer; I believe there are patents and commercial applications for this purpose.

MMS2 can also be used in baths. We have a thread here genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=8&id=1951&Itemid=66#3368 about MMS baths. One person used roughly less than half a cup of MMS2 and that was pretty strong so they were itchy afterward, although there was improvement. One husband and wife reported taking MMS2 baths with 1 tablespoon and they said it is very relaxing and soothing. I have myself taken about four MMS2 baths now with 1/8 cup and it has been relaxing with no itching or skin irritation.

MMS2 baths might be the most economical MMS baths you could do. If I was in your shoes, I would give it a try starting with a tablespoon and moving the dose up if you keep getting more improvement. You buy CALCIUM HYPOCHLORITE pool shock at a pool supply store for about $5 per pound, and it's cheaper in 25 lbs. buckets they sell.

Here is info on buying your own pool shock:

Leslies Pool Supply is a national chain in the US, currently their product “Power Powder PLUS” should say 73% calcium hypochlorite on the label; this is what I use. About $5 for 1 lb.
The highest concentration of calcium hypochlorite in a pool shock that we've seen in the US is 78%. Google "POOLIFE Turbo Shock" and you'll find distributors.
www.hydropool.com/cgi-bin/hydro/item/HTH-POOLIFE-TurboShock-78-1-lb-bag-Pool-Chlorine/22405.html One place to get 78% pool shock.

Another MMS1 bath testimonial posted in a yahoo group:

Martin, I had a seborrheic keratosis (noncancerous, I realize) growth on my upper arm for 20 years. In the latter years it grew in size. It was pretty unattractive, kind of brownish gray and crusty. I took about 5 baths in a strong solution of MMS and it just crumbled like fine sand when I scratched it. Actually, I wasn't even attempting to remove it. I was doing the baths as a detox protocol, and one evening I felt a sting on my arm in that area and scratched it, and that ugly thing just started melting away. I kept picking at it until it was off. At the very core, where it was attached strongly, it bled, but not very much. The arm healed immediately and you can't even tell where the patch had been. My skin is beautiful and smooth there. It's been one exact year since it came off. Two different dermatologists offered to remove it for me, but their methods sounded quite unpleasant, and since it wasn't a danger to my health, I never got around to paying to having it removed. It's considered cosmetic surgery when it's not cancer, so I would have had to pay out of pocket. Either of their methods would have left a scar, so I feel I came out way ahead.
