I received my batch on the 4th of April, and started immediately with 1on1 for 4 or more hours, then just went to 3on3.
I had an all day headache yesterday and my intake of food was at 80percent. I just now (8th of april noon) threw up. I guess i have to take it back to 1on1, otherwise I will stop.

Also have not notice anything with my stool.

Admittedly, some of my athlete foot problems have smoothed out, and I noticed already my lymp nodes are reduced.

I satarted taking MMS drops 3 days ago...started feeling weak and dizzy..on a third day got huge migrane...and my blood pressure dropped to 70 to 38...my normal blood pressure 120 to 80...I also have chest pain...I wonder if I should take less MMS a day, maybe 3 times a day only...my main reason for taking MMS - chronic sinuses condition - frequent sinuses infection...any suggestions
