Last summer I had discovered a lump in my breast and wanted to start on the Protocol 2000 right away before getting a mamogram or having it checked out by my doctor. I was hoping that by the time my appointments arrived, if it was cancer, I would be doing something pro-active about it. As it turned out, it was not cancer, but a clogged duct.
However, the side effect of the Protocol was a surprise in the condition of my feet. I have been plagued with ugly rough heels most of my life; so bad, I had to cut large chuncks of dead skin or "rasp" my heels with a file all the time. I could not wear sandals without being self-conscious about my hard, cracked heels. They were sore, too, when they cracked open, as they wold crack all the way to tender red skin.
Well, all that cleared up and my feet got soft and looked like babies feet - like brand new feet. I couldn't believe it. Now that I have been off the Protocol, it has gradually come back, so my conclusion is that this condition must be caused by fungus that we carry in our bodies. I think that regular purging about annually, would be in order to keep one's feet in healthy condition.
