I am having trouble finding answers to what should be simple questions:

1) I have read to take 8 *consecutive* hourly doses daily but I also heard that you should wait an hour after breakfast & lunch to continue the doses otherwise the MMS just acts on the food you ate. So the general question is how do you handle meals that occur during the 8 dosages?

2) I have also heard NO coffee -- but does that mean no coffee AT ALL during say the 30-days for Protocol 1000 OR can you have a cup of coffee an hour or more before you begin the daily dosages & then no more coffee that day?

3) I have also heard to take insulin 4 hrs. after the 8th daily dosage but my routine is to take 1 insulin dose 1st thing in the a.m. & then begin the 1st MMS dosage an hour after the insulin. Would that practice either negatively affect the insulin's work or the MMS?

Thanks so much! :)

I have not heard anything about insulin.

Coffee is fairly high in antioxidants - I'd wait at least 2 hrs after a morning cup before starting MMS, and even then we don't know for sure that the antioxidants have cleared the system.

MMS lasts in the system 2 hours. 8 "consecutive" "hourly" doses is optimal, but if you need to go 1.5 hours between 2 doses, it's not the end of the world. Always wait at least 30 minutes after your meal before taking your MMS dose.
