black seed oil is fairly easy to find. You can order online cheaply or just go to any muslim shop in your city and they'll have it. I've never seen manufacturers mention specific concentrations or anything like that. I guess the main thing to look for is that it's cold pressed.

It sure would be great to here some specifics on this protocol; it's well established that black seed is anti bacterial, fungal and anti viral, but so are loads of foods.

Hi Friends,

I am HIV positive guy, I am using Nigella Sativa seeds for 1 month 10 ml 2 times a day and then I went to get a blood test done of hiv. But the reports are still positive. Can anyone tell me is Nigella Sativa a cure of hiv and aids, if yes then till what duration I have to take the seeds? If any real people are cured by using the Nigella Sativa they also can reply my post. Please help me friends.

I have no idea about Nigella through results. But I do declare that any good immune support product - plus healthy eating (green and mineral rich) food will get you to a negative status.

HIV is a hygiene and nutrition problem. Lifestyle depressed immune systems will ALWAYS get an HIV +ve result.

We cure this by good nutrition and cleaning the body of pathogens. MMS on its own with good green diet of ORGANIC food.

Most folks also expect that result in one week. It takes time to see a good result.

4 - 6 weeks?

The mind is like a garden, if you do not cultivate it, you cannot harvest from it.
