Hi Chris,

Thanks. Actually, I got the lab work from the Dr. and Cd4s were 3%. Actual count was 42, which is terrible and dangerous according to the mainstream medical establishment. It was 40 when I got tested back in February, so it has actually gone up 2 cells. HA! I know that it varies from day to day and even hour to hour.

I just bought some organic Chlorella from NOW company, as well as a product called NOW Immune Renew. It has Astragalus root extract and 10 medicinal mushrooms for immune support. I also take a Chinese Herbal tablet called ENHANCE, which was formulated specifically for people with a compromised immune system.

I have been seeing an acupuncturist who is in Oriental Medicine school for about a year now. The school is using me as his internship client and this summer, I will be given a very personal, specific treatment protocol for what ails me. :)

On a side note of sorts; I had a Native American Flute made by David NighEagle a couple of months ago. It is so beautiful and sounds amazing! I am just learning to play it but it is bringing me joy already. I needed something to help my heart sing. :)

Thanks for the advice and support! Peace,

Terry

Hey Matt,

Thanks for the support. If you read my response to Chris, you will see that the cd4 count was incorrect but still not good.

I am in Florida. Thanks for the love and encouragement.

Hey, Terry!

I´m so glad the CD4 reading was wrong! 42 might not be any good, but certainly much much better than 3 and better than 40, right? :)

I´m positive the count will go up... I´m praying for it to happen right now and your other friends here @ the forum are also sending powerful energy waves!

I was doing some research and I found out that the amount of Astragalus needed to boost the immune system should be about 2.5 grams per day... just double check to see you´re getting that.

Also, please, please, please consider taking some spirulina... I believe NOW has them as well. After a few months reading everything I could find about it, I realized that chlorella is perfect for blood cleansing (which we all really need) but apparently spirulina might have a stronger effect on the immune system and a stronger impact on the viruses.

I don´t want to write an overwhelming message, but we´re here to help each other and share information, so let me share a bit more (and please forgive me if this is too much... you can ignore whatever you think won´t help):

There´s an amazing herb called Cat´s Claw, it´s been in use for centuries as an immune system booster. You can find incredible articles on it if you google it... and it´s cheap and easy to find in Florida - as a matter of fact I was in Kissimmee a few weeks ago and I found both Astragalus capsules and cat´s claw capsules at a Vitamin Shop (can´t remember the name of the store...could it be Vitamin World?).

If you combine Astragalus, Spirulina, Chlorella and Cat´s Claw... Dear Lord! I have faith you´ll be like Super Man! :) And what´s even better, they´re all natural herbs and algae.

I haven´t taken Cat´s Claw myself... I bought some leaves to make some tea but I´m wating for my wife to come back to Brazil so we can drink it together :)

Are you still doing the MMS maintenance Protocol? I personally take two MMS2 capsules everyday... my wife takes only one... and then I complete my "maintenance" protocol with Spirulina, Astragalus, Brazil Nuts and Ginger Juice.

Rock on that flute!! :)

Faith, Love and health to everyone!

Chris,

Thanks for the information and support! The reason that I purchased the Chlorella is because I read a fascinating paper by a doctor of Oriental Medicine which stated the many benefits for immune building, etc. I have taken Spirulina before in the past for a short period of time. I also just ordered some Diatomaceous Earth and will begin taking it daily.

I asked my Acupuncturist if he was comfortable with my taking the Chlorella and mushroom supplement and he didn't really know enough about the Chlorella to give me an answer right away. He is concerned that I might be getting the same benefits from the herbs that the Oriental Medicine MDs prescribe for me in another month or two. They are currently working on coming up with a diagnosis and treatment plan based on the long term study of my condition.

I have heard of Cat's Claw. Pau de Arco is another plant that is used for HIV. I am not sure if our local health food store would have the loose bulk herb but I am sure that I can find the capsules, which is probably better with them being standardized. The Oriental Medicine School may also carry it.

I had backed off of the MMS1 maintenance protocol to about 6 -10 drops once a day every two or three days. With the alleged UTI, I did 3-4 drops hourly for several hours both days during the weekend, after doing 2 rounds of 15 drops each, an hour apart on Friday, which caused diarrhea for two days and a burning in my stomach.

I had done the malaria protocol several times in the past months and never had a serious issue from taking that much.

I will go back on the daily 6 drop maintenance dose of MMS1. I tried to find some pure MMS2 locally and couldn't find any so I haven't done that. Figured I would stick with MMS1 and got a lb of flakes to last me a while. Bishop Jim had told me that 6 weeks of p1000 and then two rounds of the malaria protocol should have knocked the toxoplasmosis out of my system and the HIV as well. He recommended sticking with the MMS1 maintenance protocol and to do p1000 again if I needed to down the road.

I now see on the MMS yahoo group that apparently MMS does not rid Westerners of parasites as it does in Africa. So, they are just now finding that out. We continue to learn.

I have also been taking Black Seed Oil for several months with pure local honey. I was on ARVs (AZT, etc) for 8 years then stopped them for 18 months. Felt great but ended up getting Toxoplasmosis with multiple brain lesions. Almost died. Went back on the ARVs at the doc's insistence in March of 2009 and was on them until I stopped them again last November. So, my body has been damaged and will take time to mend. Bone marrow destruction, among other things. It's been a long slow process of cleaning out the toxins and beginning the healing process.

Thanks so much for your healing energy. I have been teaching Reiki since 1997 and still do just about every month. It has really helped me through my own healing journey.

Peace,
Terry

Everyone, I just want to share a link to an interesting article explaining CD4 testing and flow cytometry. Very interesting indeed! It's definitely worth the read.

Hey S!

Thanks for asking. I have not had any new cd4 tests since early May. Did not expect much of a change by now.
I have been dealing with a case of candida (Oral Thrush) which I tried to cure naturally for two weeks without much success.

I finally gave in and got a prescription for it and today is the last dose. Been taking it for two weeks. It has seemingly cleared up. I will be glad to be off the drugs as they have side effects and I haven't been able to take my daily MMS doses.

The medication can cause severe fatigue and I have been dealing with that for about a month now. Tired all the time. Lost about 10-15 lbs and look like a war prisoner basically. Began taking protein powder this week and forcing myself to eat three meals a day, which I wasn't doing before. So, I am hoping to put the weight back on in time.

Other than being exhausted, I am feeling alright. Hanging in there.

Terry
