So only water with stevia is allowed? I think I will try the capsule method, becouse the taste is sometimes hard to handle even if I use 4% HCL.

Are you making MMS or CDH? CDH should not have any taste at low doses.

I am making pure MMS , 3 drops an hour. Taste is really bad, sometimes i get the feeling that i want to vomit, thats the reason why i will try capsule method.

Capsule may or may not help nausea.
Please try capsule with Citric activator, and HCl and compare and report your findings, is very helpful to us, thank you

Just wondering, that if i put my mms drops directly into a gel capsule; i don't have to wait for the acctivation yes? I can swolow it, becouse it takes time till my stomach opens the capsule and i think it is long time for the mms to activate. Yes?

Please dont... Follow Jim Humble indication. In a little drop bottle place 24 drops of citric acid 50% and 24 drop of sodium chlorite. Then wait 30 second and add 32 drops of water that will make 80 drops divide By eight doses will make a 10 drops gelcaps. Keep IT close will lást for 12 hours. ;)

Why not, every stomach is different and we dont know your stomach. So to be sure The process is completed make the activation outside your body. For your information citric acid Solution is a saturated solution so after finish activation there more citric acid arround for that reason is the drops of water to made it easy to the stomach to handle.

Remeber Vitamin C is also called ASCORBIC ACID check the packet contents for added Vit C (Ascorbic Acid)

That was my thought a few days back
For those who use capsules can they activate MMS in cap and ingest right away.
I see no reason why not. Will be 60-120 second activation and into water and into system.
If I recall correctly Jim used the additional water drops to stabilize the days drops dose in one bottle.
As I make each dose as I go, I don't add water and the system of CDH is 24 drops activated w/o water and held and dispersed over the day.
So things are ever evolving here in MMSland.
Try it, tell me what you think.
I did one that way and found my hands not steady enough to satisfy my non spill policy, so I mix in mixer bottle and transfer with dropper top to capsule, add DMSO as wanted and swallow wit water. Now I have realized that DMSO can be added to water and we can get 7-8 drop doses n a single cap. And so because of the activation process occurring IN cap, I am good with the idea of cap ACtivation knowing that I am making MMS and not CDH. The benefit of CDH in cap is that it is longer external activation and it is thought that the internal activation is what cases nausea and not die off as we have thought....so CDH caps may become the most potent MMS delivery vehicle .yet
