I was a strict organic vegan for 18 years because I got diverticulitis from eating raw processed meat everyday. I was sick all the time while vegan. I went back to eating meat and have never been sick since. I was never an animal loving hippie vegan and have found that such vegans are deluding themselves through their own propaganda and "ethics". We are not animals we are human beings created to eat meat. A well balanced organic diet is the only way to go.

"EVERY SINGLE 'well known' "Low/No Carbs / High Protein (animal flesh)" FAD diet creator / book writer
has died due to cancer, heart attack, stroke, diabetes, etc., and eventually gets very poor health before they die."

This is not true and has been pushed by the vegan community for some time. Just a little, and I mean a little, checking will show that car accident victims were included in the list of known meat eaters that died too early. Look into the death of Dr Adkins. Spoiler, he didn't have a heart attack as many believe.

As for the science, I already stated it above. We are not ruminants and our cecum is miniscule. The anatomy and physiology is clear, regardless if someone wants to believe it.

The vegan society sell a supplement containing vitamins B12, D3, iodine, selenium, B2, B6 and folic acid.
I would just trust the "science" and not supplement at all. We are natural born vegans after all.

You lack the basic understanding of the different methodologies mammals breakdown cellulose. Humans are not herbivores and without modern farming machinery it would be impossible to maintain a vegan diet except for being a fruitarian which results in a short lifespan and loss of teeth due to malnutrition. All of the information regarding our dietary evolution is easily available in the paleo archeological record. Regardless of someone's belief in evolution or creation, it is well documented that humans were originally believed to be fruitarians and transitioned away from it long ago. That's the reason we can still extrapolate the simple carbohydrates from fruits (fructose, glucose), the quick energy to keep our basic functions going to enable us to obtain a better source of sustenance i.e. either scavenge or kill an animal. The ability to survive on either animal or plant sources is why we are omnivores. Anyone who claims humans are herbivores is misinformed at best and delusional at worst.

I don't know how long you have been a vegan but I do know your health has begun to slip, you have stated it more than once. I am under the impression that you have exhausted your nutrient stores and are beginning to suffer the consequences. There are a ton of vegan influencers that have suffered the same and many are switching to the carnivore diet to rectify their nutrient deficiency, YouTube is full of their experiences. It comes down to the bioavailability of nutrients. Taking plants into the lab to extrapolate what they are composed of means nothing for the bioavailability for humans. We cannot digestively extract a high level of nutrients from plants, mediocre levels aren't even possible in most cases. Plants are exceptional medicines but they should not be the bulk of a human diet. There is a reason vegetarians, those that consume eggs, dairy, and in some cases fish, do OK. Their diet is augmented by rich animal sources, same for India. Ideology has nothing to do with biology, physiology, or anatomy. You would do well to eat some eggs, there should be no ideological issue with cohabitation with chickens. Give them a great life and their eggs will do the same for you.

Thank you for this post of the TRUTH! Our ancestors were original hunter/gatherers. Humans do NOT have all the teeth nor the digestive system of an HERBIVORE only grazing on plants. Everyone knows we are omnivores who can choose what we eat. It is highly strange to see this ongoing and HOPEFULLY people can choose to make informed dietary decisions based on their health and not MISINFORMATION. I have known vegans who stopped and ate animal products again because of their health CONCERNS not getting the nutrients they needed. And this topic has nothing to do with MMS ahaha it is strange to see HERE!
