TOPIC:

                 Last automated e-mail I received from Mark Grenon on May 19/2023.  I have been writing each week about how America has gone far from God and His Word and the results we are all now experiencing. This "hit home" even harder this week as my sons and I were notified of a motion from the prosecutors office "I say persecutors office". This was to the judge in our case asking her to NOT allow us to present certain arguments or evidences to the jury at a trial. You will NOT believe what they are asking the judge to NOT allow us to say!

NOTE: the original civil case was titled UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. THE GENESIS II CHURCH OF HEALTH AND HEALING. Why is that changed? Is it because they will have a difficult time fighting a Church and its beliefs?

This is what the "Persecutors" are asking the judge to NOT allow us to talk about in a trial or exclude:

#1. THE COURT SHOULD PROHIBIT THE DEFENDANTS FROM ARGUING THAT THEIR CONDUCT WAS PROTECTED UNDER THE "FREE EXERCISE CLAUSE OF THE 1ST AMENDMENT.

The defense FIRST AMENDMENT was my answer to the first letter we received from the FDA and the DOJ telling us to stop providing our Church Sacraments by donation. Of course they want to exclude us from exercising our FIRST AMENDMENT right as believers to stand for what we believe. Remember what we were doing harmed no one and no one ever asked for their donations back. They know that there are many FIRST AMENDMENT supreme court decisions upholding one's rights to practice what they believe! The "Persecutors" call this "irrelevant evidence", that might "confuse or mislead" the jury! Can you believe they even wrote this to the judge and it has been published publicly on PACER?

#2. THE COURT SHOULD PROHIBIT THE DEFENDANTS FROM ARGUING THAT THEIR CONDUCT WAS PROTECTED BY THEIR RELIGIOUS FREEDOM

This is quite a peculiar request seeing last August when our trial was due to take place in September of 2022 the same "persecutor" told the judge that the trial would be 3-6 weeks due to it being about "religious freedom"! What changed? Are they afraid of something? are they afraid the jury would be confused or side with us? Then the trial was put off twice until until July 2023. they sent Joseph and I to Texas for a "competency evaluation" for 3 and a half months. While they did the "competency evaluation" to Jonathan and Jordan in Miami. Sound corrupt to anyone? Were they trying to stop the trial from taking place?

#3. THE "PERSECUTOR" DOESNT WANT US TO TALK ABOUT THE "SAFETY AND EFFECTIVENESS" OF THE MIRACLE MINERAL SOLUTION (CHLORINE DIOXIDE) THAT WE WERE PROVIDING WORLDWIDE AS A CHURCH.

Isn't that the whole reason why they are accusing us of defrauding the UNITED STATES by saying what we were doing was ineffective and unsafe for the treating of corona virus and COVID-19? Is the reason why they didn't want us proving that is because we now have many doctors, scientists and chemists willing to testify. Also we now have clinical studies and the whole country of Bolivia made it a law to pass chlorine dioxide out door to door to treat COVID-19. #4 THE "PERSECUTOR" ALSO DOESNT WANT US TO BE ABLE TO STATE THAT WE NEVER INTENDED TO HARM ANYONE.
In fact, we never harmed anyone with what we were doing for over 10 years! "No intent to harm" is a powerful defense that they don't want us to use! Why didn't they NOT want us to to mention that? Sound fishy to anyone? 
Would that fact "confuse" the jury? What really stinks is this so-called "justice" system!

#5 THE "PERSECUTOR ALSO DOESN'T WANT US TO SAY ANYTHING ABOUT CORRUPTION IN THE FDA OR PHARMACUETICAL INDUSTRIES!
Does that sound like the DOJ is trying to protect the FDA or BIG PHARMA (I say BIG HARMA) for some reason? Would the truth come out that the FDA is a "for profit" corporation that is paid billions each year by the Big Pharma for "Approving" their drugs which do cause HARM and DEATH to millions worldwide! Is the DOJ trying to hide these facts? Or are they WORKING for them or maybe both! Is that how and why we have been attacked so viciously and been HELD CAPTIVE now for over 1,035 days?

#6 THE "PERSECUTOR" DOESN'T WANT US TO SAY THET WE HAVE BENN SELECTIVELY TARGETED!
The fact is that on April 8th, 2020 the Whitehouse task team ( included DR. Burke and DR. Fauci) in conjunction with the FDA published under the title "Quack Watch" a list of over 700 companies, organizations and individuals that had natural "treatments or cures" for the Corona Virus and demanded them all to "Cease and Desist" immediately. Does that sound like being "selectively" called out to you? We, the Genesis II Church were the only ones that I know of that said NO and I wrote them a 35 page response of why we as a Church would NOT stop helping people as the Lord instructed us to do! We would continue to "Love our neighbors as ourselves. I had over 1,000 testimonies worldwide that I hadn't even read on our weekly broadcast called the G2Voice when we were KIDNAPPED on July 8th, 2020. We had been helping people practice SELFCARE and trained people in over 130 countries worldwide at that time. We had also done 63 seminars 20 countries and I published 3 books under the title "Imagine, A World Without DIS-EASE". 3 million views were taken off YouTube, Facebook took down our pages, Amazon took my books off their sites worldwide and our broadcast and websites were taken down as well as our FREE CHURCH bank acct at Wells Fargo. News stations around the world lied about us as well as newspapers articles written about us defaming us! ABC, NBC, CNN as well as Good Morning America, USA Today, New York Times, Washington Post all joined in in the smear campaign against us and our Church Worldwide! Does that sound like a conspiracy to you? Does that sound like we have been selectively targeted? 

#7 WE CANNOT MENTION THAT GOD TOLD US TO DO WHAT WE WERE DOING.

This is where they really go into dangerous ground because now they are telling us we cannot "Believe" that the Word of God can guide us to help others as I believe and have believed as a missionary for 40+ years. You can definitely see how this system is not only corrupt but Evil when they talk like that and are now condemning themselves by their own words!

We have broken no law as all know well. A conspiracy charge is not breaking the law as well as contempt is not breaking the law. Codes, Statues, Acts, are not to be obeyed as law. As men we follow the law of the land which is "Common law" everyone please pray that the supreme court orders the Southern District Court of Florida to obey real law and dismiss all charges against us with EXTREME PREJUDICE and release us immediately.
